I wasn't bothered while shopping, asked me 1 time coming in if they could help me, I enjoy that. Friendly professional staff

I needed just a quart of oil.. no big deal. The guy wasn't annoyed by my needing just 1 quart.. nor, by me playing my "girl card," he picked out the oil, and then I politely asked him if he'd mind putting the oil in for me. He was super kind. It was cold and windy and didn't complain at all. We talked and laughed while he was adding the oil. Just all around super great service. I have yet to have a bad experience at this Advanced Auto.

I don't come here often, but when I do, I'm always welcomed with great customer service. I came in for a new battery for my wife's car last week and they installed it on the spot! Why pay outrageous dealership prices? I wish I knew the name of the guy that helped me, he was a good dude.

Had a great experience at advance auto in heath tonight. Walked in expecting to drop $30 replacing a wiper blade I just bought a month ago, but the parts rep offered to replace the clip saving me some cash. Great thanks and I'll keep coming back to advance. Thanks again.

My name is Brian Schneider I’m at store 1009 it’s 8:43 PM on Wednesday night of whatever the date is this smells being sent Miss Bobby and in her coworker what’s your name Sir Mika Mika they are taking care of me but I’m telling you missed Bobby needs a raise. The people who work here are non stop their whole shift. I mean do other customers realize just how quick,fast & done they makeyour stop. And just imagine how many people don't even know the make or model or if their at advanced auto or auto zone. I'm always impressed when I leave advanced . Like wow they really take care of YOUR business. Thank you - you are some hard workers.

Service excellent they are helpful when you need help did not acquire any help this time because I knew what I wanted and where it was at but they have no problem and they are very friendly when you ask them about something or where something is love this store

We come here for all of our Auto parts needs, whether it's brakes, oil changes, or other miscellaneous car part challenges. They rent larger tools and then give you back your money when you're done with them. On occasion they will give me a wrong part that I do have to return, but they are very friendly and have so many different parts that we keep coming back. If they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it in a day, which is nice when your car is out of commission in your garage.

I grew up in an auto shop so I do all my own work. Haven't had to pay a mechanic for anything, ever, lol. My Dad always used Advance. They delivered to his shop. He is dead now and I still use Advance. 1 part loyalty, two parts customer service. I don't own a shop but I work on my own cars and make money on the side. I tried other places but I always come back to Advance. I see why my Dad always stuck with them, even when other places offered slightly better discount rates for shops. Knowledge, stock, and service. Invaluable. Consistency.

I like getting my parts there because the men and women are very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't mind paying a couple extra bucks for the service they give me, and I get reward bucks as well.

The windshield wiper on my truck was falling apart, so I went into advance Auto in Heath and immediately there was a guy who ask me what I needed help with and directed me to the area. He stuck around to answer any questions that I had and recommended a good windshield wiper because the brand I buy manages to fall apart every year. After purchasing my windshield wiper the cashier went outside with me and put both of them on my vehicle, very nice guys who work in the store. Thanks for the help!

Mike was AMAZING. And thats the Minimum I could say about him. I live in South Carolina. Visiting my family, my dad had been working on my breaks all day. Mike not only gave us knowledge on what needed done with the Calipers. But also helped my Dad fix what needed to be done. He was so kind and just an all around genuine guy! You can tell he has a passion for cars and helping the customers that walk thru the door! Thank you, Mike!

Awesome, was able to get a seal kit/rebuild kit for brake calipers, when every other (3 others), place said they had none. 2 each @ about $5 versus $85 caliper and I did not have to special order. It was for a Honda Pilot. which has 2 pistons. so each package has 2 split rings? 2 dust boots, n 2 seals. FYI since it is double, you just cant push them out the back. Remove the caliper from the brake line, place a wood board in so that the pistons will pop out from seal but not all the way out, you will need that air deflection to get them both. Then just stick your air nozzle in to where the brake line goes. I think I used 100 PSI, and blast them out. Clean the pistons very good using clean brake fluid. Make sure there is no particles, then use silicone grease on seal to slide them in. if you cant push them in and pull them out by hand (it will be hard but they should slide. blow it back out with your air hose, and reclean and grease. also use only silicone grease and use it sparingly as possible. this part is also a test that they will work correctly. meaning if its dirty and binds, not sliding free will cause uneven brake wear. anyhow this is for the at home Mechanics, if you dont get it then you probably should not do it, and this is for fellow car people thing, anyhow whatever.
