Went to the store today and I received great service. Larry was super helpful and he had a line of customers waiting. He patiently attended to them all. Activated my new phone and gave alot of helpful tips.

It's been a great experience being a customer for several months now. I've went in multiple times with questions and added services that I'm very happy with. Larry has always been very helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for top notch service.

The staff is always very polite and knowledgeable. They even fixed a problem they didn't cause and went out of their way to make sure it wouldn't happen again. The manager even had purple hair and was super friendly. I am totally going back again.

Very good customer service rep [Bree...] Was so helpful.but why the heck do i pay for insurance every month then wind up having to buy a new phone. Bc my Aristo stops working ? Wasnt my fault....anyway they got me for 92. An id just paid monthly bill and they could Not carry it over! Im really considering changing back to my old carrier.. What do they say "if it aint broke dont fix it"?? Lesson learned.😧😕😒
