My review is Cody is AWESOME to work with. I have purchased a few different times form him and he is always very quick, personable and great to work with. I high recommend!!! I live in Central Iowa and drive the 3hrs+ to work with Cody!

I just purchased a new cart from Cody with all the goodies and I was very impressed with the amount of inventory he has and the great service!! I would highly recommend Cody and Minnesota Golf Carts!! 5 STARS

Outstanding service and turn around time from start to finish. Highly recommend utilizing these guys for any of your golf carts needs/wants.

I agreed to purchase two EZGO Workhorse carts in December, contingent on the carts being serviced, replacing one battery, fixing the misfiring on one cart, and having them delivered to me. A month went by without any updates. I sent a message requesting an update with no response, then I called and was told that they hadn’t fixed the misfiring yet, and that they were getting a part in the next week to fix it. Another month goes by (two months in total at this point). Finally got ahold of the owner (was usually unavailable & did not return calls), and he just said that he would have the salesman that I worked with call me. Never got a call. After a few days I called again and the owner transferred me over to the salesman. I asked what the situation was with the carts. He said “I thought you came to pick them up”…I replied that I had not (not that I ever was going to pick them up, as they were to be delivered. I was also never informed that they were ready, if they were). He said that he thought that someone had already taken them, but that he would speak with the other salesman. Never heard back. I called the next day but neither the owner or salesman were available. So after more than two months of time wasted being strung along with near nonexistent communication (and passing on opportunities to buy other carts), the carts have apparently vanished. Quite the experience.

Edit to respond to the claim by the owner that the carts were not for sale by Minnesota Golf & Outdoor: I literally have the messages in writing from the salesman in which I specifically asked whether the carts were being sold by Minnesota Golf and Outdoor or himself personally, and he confirmed that the carts were being sold by the company, Minnesota Golf & Outdoor, and that the salesman was not the owner of the carts and was not selling them for himself personally. These carts were units that Minnesota Golf & Outdoor had been leasing out as rental units prior to selling them. During price negotiations with the salesman for the carts, I offered a price, and the salesman had to go check with the owner in order to get the owner's approval to sell the carts at the price that I offered. The salesman specifically said that the owner was the only person that could approve the sale price. He came back after speaking with the owner and told me the price that the owner would be willing to settle on. I agreed to this price that the owner offered to sell them for. If the owner is the person setting the price, then the owner is selling the carts. The claim that the carts were not being sold by Minnesota Golf & Outdoor is false.
