Lush Cosmetics Promenade at Chenal

I was told about Lush and their products, specifically Snow Fairy. My friend shared that the product worked well on her brown skin and I should try it for the burns I am healing from on my waist and thighs.
I called Lush and a manager named Law answered. Law shared valuable information concerning the products, invited me to come in, shared the hours of operation, and assured me that everyone would be willing to assist. Several hours later, I visited the Little Rock location and was welcomed by enthusiastic staff. I met Law and she remembered I was seeking to purchase Snow Fairy. She shared that it was a seasonal product and she looked up the ingredients to closely match other products. Law and her staff were highly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. This is what phenomenal customer service looks like.

I am so pleased with my experience today! I don't have a Lush where I live, so anytime I see one while traveling, I get so excited!! MJ was so sweet and helpful in telling me about all the products and what she recommends! She went above and beyond to help me!

My mom and I came in without knowing much about Lush and what products would be best for us, but Law helped us to find the products that were best for us. Law was very knowledgeable about the products and after 2 weeks of using said products, I will say that Law did AMAZING at finding us the right hair and body care for us!

AMAZING customer service. I strolled into Lush after being lured in by the amazing scents. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The associate, Law, greeted me with a smile and a very friendly attitude. Law was very very knowledgeable on all the products and walked around the store and answered all of the questions I had about the products. Law even suggested favorites for me to try. I even tested a soap, lip scrub, and a sugar scrub. Everything was amazing. More customers walked in and that’s when I met the associate, Angel. Angel was also very nice to me and also knowledgeable about the products. I purchased the passion fruit delight soap bar, some snow fairy lotion, and a small hand lotion bar they had on the counter. I am BEYOND satisfied with my purchases and overall satisfied with the whole experience! It was amazing. I haven’t stopped sniffing my lotion since I got it! Law and Angel also informed me that they host events! I can’t wait to tell all my family and friends about this amazing place. I HIGHLY recommend. 10/10!!

Super fun! The staff did a bath bomb demo, interacted with my kids by playing catch with soap suds, and took all my money!

This is one of my favorite stores! The staff is super helpful and I always have an amazing experience when I come here, it definitely brightens my day. I’m so glad we have a Lush Store nearby!!

I. LOVE. THIS. STORE. and the lovely people who work there!! i actually live in north Louisiana and the closest LUSH to me is this one. yes, i drove 3 hours just to get my face care needs and i don’t mind it at all, i love a little road trip, and now i definitely don’t mind it because of the great customer service and friendliness. (since it’s been so hot i didn’t want to order online for fear of my products melting.) i wish i would have gotten their name, but the person who helped me was so helpful and thoughtful. i had mentioned to them i love Breath of God. after that i was struggling with which shower get to get and they suggested Good Karma… Everybody Needs Some since i like a more grounding scent like Breath of God. thanks to their thoughtful help, I AM NOW OBSESSED with Good Karma… Everybody Needs Some. i am too excited to come back and get a new haul!

side note: i love that they do not test on animals and they stand up for what they believe in.

side note 2: the Sleepy Face cleansing balm is the perfect product for my sensitive skin. my face has never felt so good. i also use Fresh Pharmacy in the mornings and same goes with that. amazing products.❤‍🔥

side note 3: their soap bars last FOREVER.

Whenever you go inside there is just a bundle of joy and scents. The lady who worked in there made the experience worth it! Things were decently priced and smelled good. I’m pretty particular with my scents and I definitely will be back. Make sure you ask for MJ, she is awesome!!

Best Lush I've been to -- not over crowded but tons and tons of product in stock and the super friendly staff that Lush is known for. Brought my young daughter in to shop and she was treated extremely well and we will be returning. Thanks to the person who was working opening shift today - she was great!

I’ve been to this location a few times and every single time I’ve had a wonderful experience!! Today I went and MJ was kind enough to take me through the entire store section by section to go over specific products that were leaving soon and some new ones! She was awesome and friendly and caring. She made my entire month! 💗

Today was my first time at Lush and let me just say Ashley was extraordinary! This place was so informative and patient with my husband and I. I will definitely be returning! Got two bath bombs this go round and they also gave us lots of samples! Quality is out of this world and so are the employees can’t wait to go back!

I came in Sunday 8/20 to buy more Charity Pot, it’s my favorite travel lotion.

I had 6 empty containers to redeem and the person helping me was so wonderful and knowledgeable. Thx for the face mask sample.

Ashley, who was visiting from the North Park location to help train a new manager, was absolutely delightful!! I came in with my husband just to pick up some bath bombs. She truly rolled out the red carpet for us. She even did so for my husband, who had no intention of getting anything, but left feeling pampered and with products of his own. That meant a lot to both him AND me. Thank you guys for the great experience! It’s always great, but today Ashley made it a truly next-level, white-glove experience.

Omg, what an amazing experience! The store is not open for you to walk thru & browse by you still get a great experience. Our personal shoppers Ellis I believe was her name, forgive me if I'm wrong. She was very knowledgeable about the products & she was super nice. You could tell she really was in tune to our needs & interests. I can't wait for the store to open completely. Until then I have a few new products to try!!

Came in today for the first time ever! Got help from Law they gave me great customer service what a wonderful experience I will be coming back just for it!

I went in the other day with my sister looking for a bath bomb, not really sure what I wanted, but Wesley (I think that's their name?) was super helpful! They were incredibly friendly and even let us drop a bath bomb in the sink so we could see it in action. All the workers were nice and patient with us, overall would come here again
