McDonald's

I’ve lived in Jefferson for 6 years now. I stopped going to this McDonald’s because service and food was just plain bad! It was always a lottery on what food we would get. On 8/2/23 we had family from outta town and just had to have McDonald’s. I warned them and didn’t wanna drive to Marshall, so we took a chance. We meet the new manager Jeanette and it was a completely different experience. Food was fresh and correct! Service was absolutely fantastic. 10 outta 10. It’s well passed time the owners woke up and got better management. It’s nice to be able to enjoy a better McDonald’s in our small town.

Drove to Jefferson to pick up my my new used car and had to get a quick snack before heading back to Lindale , you just can't beat the small chicken nuggets (w/buffalo sauce) small hot fries and an icy cold water! Gotta love it! Easy peasy and easy on the pocket book too!

Gotta admit most McDonald's are all the same but this neighborhood friendly McDonald's take the cake really in tune with the customers and great quality service at a timely manner ide come back soon

Thus was a restroom stop. Did not eat. The restroom was clean.

The manager here was very friendly and welcoming....a totally different McDonald's experience! She made an extra dessert drink and gave it to my 9 yr old, very nice and worth a stop in at a classic goto place.

Associates are always pleasant and drive thru is quick

I can honestly say this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I live in Jefferson and visit this location quite a bit. At least once or twice a week I go through the drive thru or use my mobile app. Every time I stop by I am greeted with friendly and prompt service. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get food if it's around lunch time, but it's never an unacceptably long wait time. The food is always delicious and the iced coffee is always made perfectly. This place is managed very well and every employee deserves praise. Well done to Jefferson TX McDonald's!

I love using the mobile app. For the most part, it makes life so much easier. I can order my food the way I want it and go park and it's brought out to me, with me knowing the order was put in the way I like. It also saves time for me because I don't think that I've ever waited more than 5 minutes after checking in, and as always the food still meets or excides my expectations.

....mcCrispy deluxe was made perfectly, the fries were hot with just the right amount of salt and the service at the curb side pickup was super fast and friendly so keep it up...

Hot food. Short wait time. Great customer service. Clean environment with a welcoming atmosphere.

Great MDonalds. Fast service, even in the drive thru. Convenient also for breakfast, since the Executive Inn across the street we stayed at lies and says they have a complimentary breakfast (they don't).

Just passing through and had to use the bathroom. Gentleman opened the door and let us use theirs. Looked clean. Had a bit of toilet paper on floor. One sink didn’t work. But I like the updated versions of sinks and toilets. Everything can be used without being touched.
Ecolab sanitizer stations up front are not working. I didn’t want to try to break it so I stopped trying to get sanitizer.
Lobby was closed I’m assuming due to COVID. Thank goodness though..
One manager was wearing his mask under his nose…
Overall great experience

I just moved to town not even a month ago and the few times that I have been there the employees are very polite and friendly. I went through the drive thru earlier this evening, and the employees made it an enjoyable experience

Some franchizes could use improvement, and I hear the rumors, but food from here has never failed me, and has always been somewhat irresistible. Been eating here since I was a kid. Still remember getting the original McDonald's figure collection in my happy meals. 😂

Always fresh food and super friendly staff. The best McDonalds on our trip between Houston, TX and Bessemer, MI!

The order was correct and everything was hot.. I'd say overall that 85% of the time everything from this McDonald's is good and fresh. There aren't many of them that are on their A+ game these days.

The lady working the drive thru today was very polite and professional. I don't visit McDonald's often but today I was very impressed. She smiled, greeted, and thanked us. I wish I got her name but I did not

They have the cleanest bathrooms and kitchen areas of most fast food restaurants. Their food seems to be of a much higher quality than in the past also. That to me is a big plus. I don't care for the Big Mac not the other low priced hamburgers but their Gormet, 'high cost' food is excellent quality. Be sure you're going to pay for it but it's worth it.
