I had a very helpful and friendly employee today assist me with forwarding my mail. The place was empty which is more than I can say for the Blue Heron office. Always 20 people in line at that one.

The lady upfront was just wonderful. She helped me out with the choice of a packaging, and helped to choose the least expensive way to send a package. This is my favorite location, hands down.

I love my local Singer Island location and appreciate you there. Service was quick and respectful.

I’ve had only great experiences here with the staff, but my only concern is the limited hours (and staff taking hour lunch when they’re only open for legit 4 hours) and the limited staff. Only 1 person can be in there at once and since there’s only one staff to be helping I’m usually waiting outside for 5-15 minutes at times just to drop off some mail. I think this post office is great overall though, 4 stars!

Closed early. The staff is not at all friendly.

When staffed, not bad (but slow) but for the too many times I am sitting outside at 11 a.m. Wednesday Riviera Beach office that isclosed. Many unhappy people have walked by.

It’s Monday, 11:30 am but the door is locked. They’ve turned away 3 customers due to them cleaning? The cleaning young lady, with a broom and windex visible points at the door where the sign states they open at 11:50 am. Unbelievable. They can’t clean on the weekend. It’s always something wrong with this USPS. Uff the worst.

Went to mail a flat rate envelop that had a shirt in it. Woman working said I have to pay extra because the envelope has to remain flat. Seriously? Does she know what flat rate means? I think she is taking it literally. Had to go offshore because she refused to honor the rate.

Extremely unhelpful and negative staff. The lady who works there gets joy out of making it difficult for customers. It’s really sad that someone like this will be getting a pension while there are so many hardworking people with great attitudes that could do a much better job. It just shows how broken the system is.

Closed at 12 am .. no sign to say be back x-many minutes .. waited for 15 min no sign of anyone .. waste of time !

This “annex” post office is a joke. Rude, entitled, negative non motivated staff. This type of behavior would never be tolerated in any other business. Go next door to Fed Ex, they know how to run a business and you’ll receive your packages.

Very negative staff Bernice did not want my business told me to take it else’s were, i really hope direct tv starts using a different postal service. Still in shock how they treat customers!! If I could give it no stars I would

There’s always a line for help, it’s always slow. There’s only ever one staff member on duty. Hours are so limited and somehow every time I go to this location I wait outside because the staff member is on a break.

Horrendous. Usps sucks!!!

Terrible Service, closed until 10am (open time should be 9am ...) still no one there ... other service agent please ...

An neighbor said to me „she“ is coming later than 9 - parking at the disabled parking place and then leaving before 10am, maybe she is coming back at 11 but sometimes at 1pm.
