I've gotten the run around there for several months trying to get my portable oxygen when I finally went there from my Dr's office who informed me that everything was there all I had to do was pick it up well that didn't happen it was finally delivered after going over paperwork and know they told me no same day delivery and it's the holiday weekend so I'm pretty much without oxygen for 5 days

If you are already reading reviews then I won't waste your time with repetition, except to add that in my experience, all of the negative reviews are absolutely true. And that if your quest is to the bottom of the barrel, search no further, you have reached your destination. But since it's your personal health care that's at stake, it would be a good idea to go elsewhere and avoid the never ending nightmare, and don't let this be an "I told you so" review!

The WORST customer service & care. I was hung up on three times while my daughter sat in the hospital with RSV waiting for at home Oxygen set up. Delivery was promised at a certain time and i’m writing this 4 HOURS AFTER PROMISED DELIVERY.

It should be illegal for this company to operate. They tried to deliver equipment a year after my surgery when I was already off all oxygen. I am also still getting bills for equipment rentals that they picked up 2 years ago.

I’ve been using Preferred Homecare for my CPAP supplies for the last 10 years because they have the contract with my insurance provider I don’t have a choice.
Anytime I call it usually take an hour or more to get thru.
We moved to our summer home recently and forgot to bring my head gear.
I called and told the rep what happened and placed an order for the headgear. I got it today, I got 4 nose pillows, I only ordered one, plus they only sent part of the headgear, making in in-usable😩
I’ve read reviews for this company and I’ve never seen so many negative comments. My Medicare Plus insurance company told me they get complaints about this company everyday.
I would think the CEO and upper management would look at the many reviews and make effort to make changes.

My mini oxygen machine is not working so I can’t leave my house. I was promised a delivery today. They called me at16:30 saying all their drivers have gone home. I’m 100% service connected and was treated very poorly. Telling me I would have to wait till next Monday for a delivery. I shouldn’t have to wait one week. The person I talked to at Preferred Health Care at their Show Low office was very rude telling me delivery would be next week and hung up.

This is the first time I have ever complained or taken the time to write a comment about a company but the costumer service is so poor at this branch I had to write one. We have a 9 week old infant on oxygen and we were trying to get his oxygen refilled/ordered to an address we had already had it delivered to weeks prior and we were denied service. My husband called and he was told the number he used was only for hospitals and the he would have to call the general number. He did that and was hung up on after waiting 2 hours. My brother in law whose house the oxygen previously had be delivered to went in and spoke with Veronica in person and was told that they would not deliver to that address even though they already had. I was on the phone (the infants mother) and she refused to talk with me. We live on a remote ranch 3 hours away and it is not easy or convenient to get a hold of this branch. The person that delivered oxygen to us previously was actually wonderful and he told me when I was ready to do another exchange/refill to call the office. He then apologized and said, “I’m sorry, they are really hard to get a hold of and deal with.” No kidding. If we had any other option we would be changing companies immediately.

They do not deserve any star's at all !!!!! Talking about bad customer service , we have been dealing with this joke of a business for 13 years and the drivers try there best, but the office personal are horrible. They are rude to us
when we call for bottles and they treat us like we are a unwelcome guest. I think that they have forgotten that we are the reason they have a job.

I turned in my prescription on Monday for a nebulizer. Still have herd nothing on Friday. I called and was on hold for 28 minutes, and then hung up on.
I drove to the office where I am still waiting another half hour. Reception told someone that they could not come in until a mask was brought out to them , then ignored them . STILL WAITING.

Very poor customer service. The people in office are rude and ask questions not relevant to services make comments not appropriate. Make you feel like your a problem for them to do there job....

One a CPAP machine is dispensed, that's the last thing you'll hear from these folks. Phones aren't answered - yet robo calls will come in from foreign countries for you to order supplies, requesting recording of personal ID information. Can't bypass this, and then the system either starts main menu all over again or disconnects. Do not recommend this company.

I have never complained about a company nor have I ever rated one. I'm hoping the CEO or someone in the higher ups reads this because they need to know what is going on. Communication is AWFUL, people answering phones need more training in proper phone etiquette, most of them are rude and they give you wrong information.

I'm absolutely furious. My infant son is with out supplies and your company wants us to wait until next week after I already placed an order and then you tell me that you will ship his supplies that he's been out of . Then you tell us if we want them we have to come clear out to your office to even get his supplies I'm really angry at the fact of your costumer service and how you people think that my premature infant son can go with out .I'm so absolutely furious
