Sentry Home Health

I had issues with my mask order and contacted the help desk for assistance. The response I received was horrible, very non responsive, I finally gave up and went to a local Sentry Home Health store. I met Brandon and he was excellent helping me with my mask order, a great representative for Rotech and Sentry Home Health, the five-star rating is for them. Someone should look into the web help resource, it is really, really bad.

I was diagnosed with Covid pneumonia at my Drs office at Summit and was put on oxygen. I was told that it was too late to get it that day but I needed it. I called Sentry to see if I could possibly speed things up and through the outstanding efforts of Michelle, Kara and Francisco my car was loaded with all my needed supplies even though it was after hours for them. I cannot thank them enough for their over and above courtesies they extended to me. Highly RECOMMENDED!

I don t no why review of this company is so low they to me seem to be diligent very professional and knowledgeable of my respiratory problem personnel very nice to thx sentry home

Great customer service

I have no qualms. Its a no frills place for me to get oxygen equipment. April, especially has been helpful. The one star off is because a lady came to my house to check my machine and didn't really do much except want to chat. She was nice, but whats the point? Lol

Absolutely horrible! Items are ordered and never delivered. They say they never received the order. This has been going on for over a year. They even changed management but the problem still remains.

Service is bad. They usually don't show up for their appts. Replacement supplies are cheap and don't work well.

The worst customer service I have experienced especially by the front desk person before I actually became a patient of theirs. My appointment dates was being moved around because their tech is there two random days per week. Poor communication bt front desk. Came in for appointment, as was told my insurance approved. Paid a hearty amount and then within a couple of minutes I was told not everything was approved. Decided after hearing others state the service was bad to go to another company. Asked for a refund and they kept $104.87 of my money. For what?

This company has cost me $2,900 dollars for a oxygen tank that they picked up and never documented it. I get charged $120 for the tank that they never told me was rented mind you I had COVID and I was thankful for it but the organization has cost me an extreme amount of money for NO REASON AT ALL.
