Build-A-Bear Workshop

We went here for my niece and nephew’s bday. Staff is super nice and helpful! Made them feel special for their bday. Jacob spent an hour with us and he was super patient and sweet!

I had such an amazing experience here today the staff is so nice and helpful, as an adult with autism I love plush animals and my husband wanted to get me Zero the plush as I love the movie Nightmare Before Christmas and we were unable to get him last year. From the point of picking out my plush to checkout the experience was phenomenal the woman who stuffed Zero was amazing as I was self conscious as I would be looked at weird as an adult who really loves this experience. From walking in to leaving I felt welcome and like a little kid! Thank you for the amazing experience and the ability to feel normal in a not so normal environment for an adult.

We went to buy my grandchildren some toys and it made me want to be a child again and be able to have a beautiful bear.

The bear builders are always very welcoming and nice at this location. Store always very clean.

I decided to treat my fiancée to a visit here while we were shopping at the mall, and her and I having never been to a Build-A-Bear Workshop before, were completely unfamiliarized with the entirety of the whole process, knowing not what to expect. Well, needless to say, we enjoyed what turned out to be arguably the most spectacularly delightful part of our day, having spent hours at the mall. Needless to say, the moment we stepped foot inside of the establishment, we were instantaneously greeted by two employees who turned out to be some
of the most friendly, kind, polite and overall wonderful human beings, with superb customer service. They very happily assisted us during the entire process of building our bears, joyously and promptly answering any questions we had with smiles bright and displaying an evident enjoyment, kindness and passion for their awesomely wholesome work they do. They even took a few pictures of us and with us, as well! This place is amazing, and even more amazing, was the utmost and prompt, splendid customer service we received. Thank you two for an absolute, amazing and now, forever favored memory in which you helped create for the love of my life and I.

Been to this particular location several times, and the staff rotates frequently that I've never met the same person twice. However, that doesn't take away from how friendly they always are. They're always interactive with kids, making it fun for little ones.

Always so much fun to go in, even as an adult. We had a special stone we wanted to put in the bear, and Jennifer was very understanding and helpful!

Staff was excellent with the little one. Lots of very cool bears(and assorted other creatures) to choose from. Definitely a great gift for your kids young and old😄

What an awesome experience! My little guy had been wanting to go forever and yesterday was finally the day. From the instant we walked in, we felt welcome. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They had crazy patience while my son made his choices. The staff really made it an incredible experience. Definitely recommend!

Awesome place to bring your kid(s). The staff is very attentive. However, building a bear can be quite pricey. After building the bear, you can accessorize it the way you want, further increasing the price. Nothing is more priceless than seeing the smile on your kid(s) face.

We went to celebrate our oldest daughter’s birthday and the girl that helped them make their stuffed animals was AMAZING! She was so sweet and enthusiastic and really made our girls’ day! Will definitely go back!

Super sweet, kid friendly staff. They really love the kids and pay close attention to the tiny things that make the experince special.

We went on my daughters birthday. When you go on your kids birthday the birthday bear is the price of their age.

The woman there was phenomenal and made my daughter's day building her two my Little pony bears. I would recommend this place hands down.
