I always get super excited when this time of year swings around, especially when Spirit Halloween opens! I wish that it could stay open every day of the year lol, could get all my home decor there. The workers were very welcoming and helpful, and tbh had a good sense of style. 100% going back tomorrow!

I can accept the exorbitant prices because the merchandise is very nice and there’s a great selection, so it’s too bad that the disinterested and (mostly) unhelpful employees ruin the experience.

Non-communicative, inconsistent, and apparently untrained. One employee will tell you one thing, and you’ll get a different story from another. They are happy to put their heads down and avoid customers instead of being forthcoming and helpful.

(Sorry to the employees there who do a good job, but your co-workers ruin it for everyone)
