I never had a bad experience with them. The employees are very kind. If you know what you are doing, you can make it a much easier process for both yourself and the postal service workers. I assume the people leaving negative reviews don’t understand shipping process.

Regretfully, I don't know my mail delivery person's name, but whoever does the route on Naples Road deserves a raise or a promotion.

This person is consistently considerate of parcels that won't fit in the box, and they take extra time to ensure packages are kept safe from the weather. Thank you kind stranger for going out of your way to be thoughtful.

I wish I could do something nice for them in return. Thank you so much, Naples Road driver person. You deserve a promotion!

The rural & city carriers are AWESOME! The clerks are so kind & VERY helpful! The best post office I've ever been to & the best service I've ever received! THANK YOU for all your hard work! Keep up the great job!! LOL!

Friendly service

I’ve only ever had a couple of bad experiences with the post post office but in all honesty they are always so friendly when I go in, and they get me out quick. We asked our mail lady if we could move our mailbox to the other drive way cause our neighbors can’t drive and have hit it several times resulting in having to buy 2 mailboxes. She was fine with it.

Person waiting on me both times is not pleasant. Second time I reported my all my mail delivered and having to chase it down for 3 days. Postmaster said nothing he could do.

Long lines and only 3 employees working.
