People 1 Starring this place are ignorant and/or angry. I do business here at least once a week for my online stores and the guys at the desk are always friendly and do their jobs well. Same 3 guys at the counter and they’re very prompt. Errors are almost always due to shipping confusion/ inexperience done by the buyer or the seller. If your package goes to the wrong place often, you wrote down the wrong address, goofies!😂

I'm just glad the post office hasn't become obsolete...yet...

This is a busy post office and they do a good job. All the staff handles stress and rude people very well. They are well trained and always answer any questions you have. Very professional too, and not too 'chummy.' I like this Post Office.

Regular visit to post office always cordial and helpfull

The clerks are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I especially like using the mailing machine in the lobby to expedite my trips.

People gripe and complain about this location, but I've found it to be very good. The fact that they have cut back on personnel is not the fault of the people who are working there.
The clerks are helpful and friendly, even after getting daily insults from irate customers who have nothing better to do.
So thank you to all who maintain the downtown Huntington post office. Great job!

This particular branch can be slow when there's clearly a long line of people. Prices for packaging material are pretty high, but they're always friendly and get the job done.

There is almost always a line. The self-service kiosk in the lobby is great; adding a few more would be nice.

It's a little run down inside, but the postal workers themselves are very personable and fast.
