Always nice when I go in. Always helpful. Our mail person is always nice. Most of the issues happen upstream and these poor folks have to deal with it and upset people. Yet, they still seem upbeat and positive. Positive review because I just was one of those upset people and ended up hanging up on a guy being as nice as possible to me. He didn't deserve being hung up on.

(Only ever gone into this PO, not the same one I receive mail from) Trena is a fantastic clerk! Very nice and knowledgeable. I stupidly left a multi tool I received from a family member in Oregon at a gas station and surprisingly that’s not the easiest establishment to get something back from. She was very quick with a solution to a problem that I figured would have a much more difficult answer than she seemed to think. She was awesome and was instrumental in the return of my valued item. Thank you, Trena!

Extremely Nice Lady Was Working made it easy, Pam is doing a GREAT JOB! It was SO NICE INSIDE ALSO! South Point USPS IS AMAZING!!

They are the nicest sweetest people working here. Very accommodating and we always receive our mail.

Has helped me greatly with my E-bay store shipping. Probably need more counter associates on Monday. They are always extremely busy then. Great people. Thank you.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. We haven't received 3 or 4 packages.. they were shipped to the post office ( per the tracking order) but somehow "they were unable to locate the packages ". Also, we have had packages that we were required to pick up, however was never notified by the post office telling us we had a package too big to deliver. Not to mention, our mail lady is the worst. Wish we didn't have to use the post office..not like they're an asset anyway... Good luck!

The mailman wasn’t putting out mail in the box when we went to go speak to a manger we were given a number to call and a week went by before getting a call the “post master” said that our mailman told us we needed to put the letter “D” on our mail when he/she has never talked to us not once not on the door and said that to us and I haven’t received my taxes paperwork yet nor any of my other mail. Oh and not to mention we don’t get our mail till 3:30-4:00 so even if we didn’t receive what we are waiting on or in hopes of getting we have to wait till the next day to even make a complaint. Worst mail man/woman ever.

Didnt even attempt to deliver package. I work at family dollar in southpoint and my manager was waiting on package and it now says they attempted to deliver when they didnt why does this problem happen ? It even says in the special instructions that she is the store manager to deliver it to family dollar

I've asked several times for our mailman to slow down on dead end street with only 7 Trailors.kids and pets are at play.87 town ship rd.510 n

Our mail lady will not deliver packages, we have to go to the post office to pick up and their phone is always busy.

Worst post office to deal with asked to talk to post master was told he was at another post office,travled to that post office they said he was at the one i just left

Worst place to try & reach someone. Called from Noon till 4:00 & never got in contact with anyone. Worst customer service.
