Love this location!! Shane the GM and the employees at this location are AMAZING!! I frequent this location and every single time they greet me, ask if I need help or what I’m looking for. I’ve always felt welcome here. Very knowledgeable sale associates and managers. They make each visit a great one and if they don’t have something in stock they offer to have it shipped to our home for no charge on shipping. Great music playing always , great selection on hand. Love that we have a local spot to purchase more product for mixed hair care. Our family is a beautiful rainbow of humans and each of us has had nothing but a great experience here at this location. Please don’t let the bad reviews deter you from shopping here.

I went into the Mcminnville store to pick up a couple items. While I was there, I was approached by a male associate who offered assistance. I said I was fine and then watched him approach every other person in the store and offer assistance and in all cases was able to get them what they needed. After hearing him help others, I decoded to ask for some makeup suggestions. He asked me a couple of questions about what kind of coverage I liked, if I wore it every day and how long I spent putting on makeup and then he went straight to the section and picked up the color that matched my skin tone. He applied a bit to the back of my hand and had me hold it up to my face to verify the match. Then he applied a bit to my face and had me look at it to check the match. Which was perfect! Then he took me over to the beauty bar to apply it to my face. He took the time to show me how to apply it and also helped me find blush and concealer. I was so impressed with the service and the fact that he made me feel special! When I was checking out, I found out that he was the manager- Shayne. Way to go- I will always return to your store!

I went into Ulta on black Friday. I had never been to one of their stores before. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The store is much bigger than I thought and so brightly lit. It's definitely an experience. I also got some great deals. Their sales are awesome. I was happy and surprised to see e.l.f. brand and nyx products that are harder to find. I will definitely return.

Been their a couple of times. The people are so helpful and nice. I asked for help finding a specific item , and they were great. My daughter needed help finding a foundation for her skin type, and they found a perfect match.

Always a positive experience at this location, and Shayne, the GM is fantastic - great attitude, helpful, and a refreshingly enthusiastic soul. I’m so glad to have this store and this staff in Mac.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. One time I accidentally purchased an item on the wrong shelf. (Totally my fault) They let me return the product immediately with no problems. Although bringing the product back before leaving the parking lot probably contributed to that. Thank you Ulta! I will always come back to this amazing location.

Everyone at this location is so kind and welcoming! I stopped by to get nail products and found it so nice I booked a hair appointment after and I’m so glad I did! Christina was very kind and did exactly what I wanted for my haircut it looked and felt great! She also recommended products specifically for my hair which I appreciated. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Christina!

All of the employees were so nice and helpful when I went into the store tonight. I went in tonight to return 2 items that were sold to me at another store and hated them. It was easy returning and appreciated all of the help I received when I had questions. It has been a long time since I have been into a ULTA and got the “treatment” I received tonight. It was the first time in a long time I felt like there was no pressure to buy specific items, and I got what I was wanting/needing in products.

Shane is a warm and welcoming GM, good hire Ulta. The soft opening was pretty well stocked and has a greater variety of products than I anticipated. The floor associates are very helpful, knew exactly the product I was describing, and when one of the products couldn't be easily found the associate talked to someone else to find it. The cashiers were pleasant and calm even though they had only been trained hours before opening. I'm glad this store has finally made it to Mac.

Love the experience and the music. The people didn't hover over me and waited for me to ask for assistance. Just absolutely LOVED IT!

Most upstanding service, I don’t normally shop at places like this but was looking for a gift for my cousin. I had multiple employees help me find hello kitty stuff for Christmas presents and it was the most amazing customer service I’ve seen in a store before. Thank you!

It was pretty good I love the quality of the makeup but super expensive but still good products I wish I had a lot of money so I could shop there but it's my favorite makeup
