It's very refreshing to get great service and good prices .I recommend phone depot to everyone that has a cracked phone this guy Mike was great I'll be back in the future .

I have to sit down to say a huge thank you to Mike at Phone Depot, I recently updated to a new phone and I can't thank him enough for his time and support. It didn't help that I had recently chipped and fractured my bone on my right hand, so it's taking me longer period. But he made the transition painless as possible. Took my cracked Samsung Note after it started glitching after being dropped multiple times.
After I paid a small deposit he immediately ordered the replacement part, it came in 3 days later and he called me to bring my phone back up. I stood there and watched him repair my cell in less than 30 mins. It's as good as new. He was very kind, considerate, efficient and he knew exactly what he was doing. I'm glad I stopped in. I haven't had anymore issues. Good guy, good location, good service. 💯🤎

Fixed my grandson's broken iPad screen and did a great job. The owner Mike is very helpful and in my case the iPad was done the same day. I recommend Phone Depot for all your repair needs and I will use them again.

The guy that owned this place was very kind and honest. I was trying to upgrade my phone to the new galaxy s23 ultra and AT&T was running a promotion if you sell them a Samsung Galaxy S series any year and condition. You get 800 dollars off the price of the 1200 dollar phone. I called phone depot and the owner said he had cracked screen s9+. He sold it to me very cheap and even gave the Info on the phone while I was at the AT&T retailer. Just to make sure it would be a valid trade in. Then after I bought the phone he even texted me to follow up to see if they took that phone as a trade in. He was will to refund me if I brought the s9+ back if AT&T wouldn't take it. I would recommend using this business . Just based on how honest the owner is and he has 10+ years experience repairing phones.

This is the greatest little place. Owner just wonderful and so knowlegable - especially with Tracfones. On several occasions have dumped my trivial phone problems on him and he quickly fixes phone - never chagring anything. Tracfones can be difficult to work with. Purchased one new phone from store and all info was transferred by them. Will remain a faithful customer
