Last week, I took a pretty unusual print project into this store. The line was very long, and it was clear the Print Shop was understaffed. Nevertheless, when it was my turn, Mike and Sam helped me as if I were the only customer in the store. They were both exceptionally calm, kind, professional and helpful. They helped me get the print job completed, and I received it the same day.

Wonderful customer service from young man in printing location!! I had to re-print my sister's Obituary at lat minute day of service. Stressed enough already he made sure everything was printed colorfully and quickly. So grateful and pleased. THANKS FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUNG MAN! THANK YOU!!!!

Store was very understaffed. It was obvious that there was only one staff associate at the time, but he was excellent and provided no excuses but attended everyone with a smile. I have always had a good experience but this on really stood out. Great employees.

Today I visited Office Max @White Oak. The young alay 'MJ' was getting off( probably was already) however she stopped to assure me with (my) the fax proceefure.
