Silverlake Ramen

There was no wait time on a Saturday late evening, luckily, so I was seated quickly. Ordered the Shoyu On Fire with
Crispy Chicken Kaarage &
Grilled Gyoza
The appetizers were plated first, then not long after the ramen came after there were not much waiting around.
The flavors for my spicy ramen were delicious. The broth is very flavorful with its ingredients. I suggest ordering two eggs. One egg isn't enough for satisfaction. Must try everything I said except for gyozas. Those are just ordered for my partner who doesn't care to order something new, lol, but it's still good. I'm just saying if you want to try something new.

The second time going I ordered
Tsukemen ramen &
Shoyu fire

I realized they only give you half an egg with your order and will give you a full egg. When you order an extra egg why not give a complete egg ? is there no profit in giving a complete egg ? Anyways the Tsukemen ramen was a little too salty for me after drinking the soup broth a couple times & it does get cold a lot faster than the ramen that's all in its bowl because the tsukemen ramen is separate with noodles and soup broth aren't in the same bowl as the other ramen bowls.
Also I don't recommend the tuna rice appetizers the fried rice is very hard the texture is not pleasant at all not worth getting.

I love silverlake ramen, so was really happy about their new venue in riverside area. I ordered the blaze shoyu, it was very good, I like the noodles l, thin noodles are the best. I also like that they have combos for apps and ramen for $20. The gyoza was so plump and juicy, we had to order another one on top of the ones that came with out combos.

OMG This is the best Ramen I've ever had in US so far.
That's what was in my head when I ate their shoyu ramen for the first time.

I'm from Japan so I couldn't help not comparing Ramen in Japan and US.
But their Ramen was more than I expected.
I'm crazy about their Ramen.
The prices are from $16 but it worth.
Because it comes with full topping .

I RECOMMEND SHOYU RAMEN.
(Shoyu means soy sauce)

Look at their menu.
Not only Ramen, they have such a huge variety of Asian food. (Some are what I've had in Taiwan)

I give this craft of classic ramen 5 stars and a thank you to the cooks who put it all together. Awesome and very delicious. I definitely would recommend it to family and friends to experience the great flavors .Keep up the great work.

Great Ramen , good side dishes and friendly service, they have a good selection of broths and toppings, definitely a great place for ramen if you are in the area, enjoy it on a rainy day or anytime really !

I'd like to start off by saying, WOW! I've been waiting for a Silverlake Ramen to open up in Riverside! I was driving back from work and wanted to stop for some good food before I went home and I saw that this restaurant opened up at the Galleria Mall!! I had the Blaze Ramen... 10/10 would recommend. If you can tolerate spice, I would definitely go with medium or hot level... I'd also like to say that the service here was A1. The staff is super friendly and kind! Anyways, I will definitely be coming back here with family and friends!

Newly opened Riverside location for Silverlake Ramen. Finally a ramen franchise that's known in LA and OC closer to home. I ordered the Shoyu combo with Chicken Karaage appetizer and it was good portions and the food came out quickly and cooked well.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean with a nice atmosphere. My server Dana was very kind and attentive.

I have been to a lot of ramen places in the IE this place is one of the best I have had!!!

Ramen is really delicious. I would recommend classic or blaze. They are pretty quick with service whether you are dining in or getting your food to go. They are brand new so it is really clean inside. I think their only opportunity is when it comes to their to go orders. I would make sure to check your items for accuracy before leaving. However, they do a great job about fixing the issues.

I went because I was at barns and noble, and I wanted to do happy hour. I almost went to yard house.. until I walked up and saw silver lake.. best decision!!! Happy hour beer like all of them are 3.50!! Imported beer! Lol, I had hot sake bombs.. $8.00 for 2! 2 beers and 2 hot shots of sake!! I ordered like all the food on the happy hour menu and 2 beers it was $36 including tip! The staff was so kind and the food was delicious.. the chicken and gyoza was so crispy, broccolini was creamy and crunchy!

A cozy ramen spot next to Wing place. The staff was friendly. They answered all our questions and the food was amazing. They do have seating outside.

Silverlake is amazing! The servers were nice, and the food came out quickly. Normally when I order ramen with pork, it's a little tough or just needs to be chewed more. But the pork here is just right, it practically melts in your mouth. Also the eggs are made to perfection, and the pork bun was great! This is definitely my new spot for ramen!

Don't let the low reviews deter you. This chain is in multiple locations and is probably one of the best authentic Japanese ramen you'll find in the west coast. I've been to many ramen places in California and Silverlake has definitely taken my top spot.

Ramen is my favorite type of food and I have tried it at many different restaurants but the depth of flavors used here were quite amazing and elevated to a different level. Another thing that amazed me were the appetizers. The Fried Gyoza and Pork Bun were amazingly light and delicious.

Food was good but our waitress Dana was outstanding! She actually gifted my friend an entire thriving lemon farming business after he mentioned that he enjoyed eating lemon slices. After our meal she offered to pay for the gas for our trip home as well as paying off the mortgage on each of our homes. Truly 5 star service.

This place was amazing! Clean nice and environment, food was really good. Hubby had classic, I had spicy mild and gioza. Everything was good. Most definitely recommend.

I ordered to go. The flavors were amazing I would recommend this place to anyone. The fish and pork broth was very tasty. Family said the blaze could have been a little more spicy. Gyoza was decent. Price was a bit high for ramen but it was tasty.

Food was outstanding but the real star of the show was our waiter Dana. She was incredibly talented at her job and her service was the best I’ve ever seen in my years of ramen eating. Will definitely be coming back.
