I highly recommend this location, whether you're a local or a visitor. We dropped in to have a couple of cracked phone screens replaced and were very pleased from start to finish.

Cameron and Nick did an excellent job, communicating very clearly what we needed and suggesting further improvements without a ridiculous hard-sell.

On top of that, every customer that we saw come into the store was treated with the same respect and care that we were. A+ all around!

I needed a new phone battery for my iPhone and the customer service man, Alex, greeted me with a smile and walked me thru the process of changing the battery, first making sure that all the other functions were working correctly. The process took about an hour and when I returned to pick up my phone Alex again gave me a thorough explanation of what had been done and showed me that my phone was indeed repaired and cleaned. Alex took time and was very courteous to me, which I value as a customer. I will definitely go there. Thank you, Alex!

The young man I talked with was very kind and answered all my questions. After testing the batteries in my two IPhones, he told me the batteries were weak and told me how the Phones would act. They did exactly what he described. I told him I wanted to replace both batteries. He told me how long the wait would be. I came back at the set time and they were repaired. I use this business for all my battery problems; replacing the glass on my iPhone. These guys do a great job!

Fixed my iPhone X in less than an hour. New screen, Battery, cleaned my charge port (I thought I needed a new one) applied a new screen protector. These people are so honest.

After visiting the “Genius” bar, ironic that’s why it’s in quotes. They lied to me and said any third party repair wouldn’t work and would probably ruin my phone, they told me I needed a new charge port. They quoted me so much I might as well have just bought a new phone. Apple representatives! Don’t Trust Them! Their M.O. is to Lie.
Anyway, congratulations to Batteries Plus. Saved me a lot of money. I just wish I would have saved myself a lot of time and gone their first.

Alex did a great job!! Instead of charging me $80 for a new charging port for our iPhone, he cleaned it for $10. I will certainly be back with any issues we have with our phones!! Thanks!

The staff at this here is awesome! They are very knowledgable and had my phone fixed in less than an hour! If you schedule an appointment online, you get $10 off the repair. Every little bit helps. I would recommend this store to anyone.

My wifes phone was damaged and we needed either a new screen or a way to get her pictures transfered to the new phone. The price of the screen was reasonable but we decided to try a different way. One of employees told us of a device that would project the broken phones screen up on the TV and we were able to successfully transfer the pictures. They even located one at a different store for us. They went above and Beyond in helping us. Thank you for your help.

Guy at store (receipt says “jfesta”) was very informative and friendly. Swapped iPhone battery out with no hesitation. Also picked up a battery for my garage door opener. I didn’t know what size, but he did. I got it home and he was correct.

I so felt relief when I was greeted with a warm hello. My carrier gave me bad advice so I knew I could trust the word of your company. Every time I go in for whatever, they know the answer. So yesterday, yes my phone was fixed and will for now on be my first place to go! I will tell my family and friends about how your associate went far and above to help me.

These guys were great! They were efficient and knowledgeable and fixed my cracked screen right up! They informed me of all the different services they provide and even sent me home with a free pen. I highly rrecommend commend them!

My IPhone started having battery issues. It would drop 60 percent to zero and shut off. After doing research I determined I needed a new battery. Took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they put a new battery in and it fixed the problem. Not only did they fix the problem but they gave me tips to keep from draining the battery. Would recommend them! While there I noticed they also had the batteries I need for my security system sensors and at a cheaper price then other stores. I will be going back!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my mother's iphone 8 screen in less than an hour. Highly recommend coming here for any cell phone repair service.

These guys were extremely nice!!!!! My 10 yr old dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen I just walked in and no appt needed they fixed my phone in one hour cheaper than insurance would and had my phone that same day! I wish I could give these guys 10 stars!!!!
