Excellent repair. Iphone replacement screen successful in under an hour... my phone looks like new and works great! Professional, quick, kind, affordable. I had been putting this off, but it was so simple I wish I had taken my phone in sooner. Added bonus new screen protector! These are now my cell phone peeps for sure.

Natalie & Bryan are the BEST!!! Replaced screen on my current phone but breathed life into a drowned IPhone 6 that i thought was a lost cause…they are professional, knowledgeable and efficient!! Highly recommend!!!

I went to Verizon with a dead screen on and was told my phone could not be fixed but could purchase a new one for $700.00. I complained stating I had been with them since early 90's!! They also said since my screen was dead they could not transfer any of my data to a new phone. However, they did tell me my phone has insurance and that I could get a replacement phone for $99.00 deductable. They gave me phone numbers and was told to go home and call these numbers to get a replacement phone...really...on a phone that I could not make an outgoing call on!!! Fortunately my husband's phone was working. After 2 hours of getting a "runaround" the automated system send a link to my phone with instructions to get a replacement phone!!! Again, I CAN'T USE MY PHONE!!! I gave up and decided I would go back to Verizon to get a new phone the next day knowing I would loose some irreplaceable data. The next morning something told me to google cell phone repair in North Myrtle Beach. So glad I did because Brian and Natalie Ayersman at IDoctorsCarolinas saved my phone and all my data in less than 2 hours for a mere $140.00!!!! Y'all, I say all this to give you a warning....VERIZON JUST WANTS TO SELL YOU A PHONE!!! They don't care about helping. I even told the Verizon representative I really needed to try to save my voicemail because I have a voicemail from my Daddy that was saved right before he passed away. Do you think they cared!!! Go see IDoctorsCarolinas in North Myrtle Beach, they care!!! Also, you can ship your broken phone to them and they will repair it and send it back to you immediately. I recently had them fix my iPhone for the FOURTH time in the last 3 years (so what? I’m clumsy 🤷‍♀). Every time Natalie & Brian have been great. Trust me…if you need a quick fix don’t go anywhere else!!

This place was awesome. The lady who works there was extremely friendly and helpful. The “doctor” fixed my badly cracked screen & display, as well as a previous ghost touch issue, and now it works perfectly!! 😊😊😊

Great customer service. Brian has helped me more than once with my IPhone. Verizon wanted me to upgrade to iPhone 13. That was their solution. I am on disability and limited income. Brian and Natalie replaced battery and fixed my broken screen. Since then, I have been back three times and have ALWAYS been satisfied with their work, their honesty and patience. I am a customer for life!

Great work! After searching over a dozen places, I am glad Brian could fix my phone quickly and at a decent price. He also put some extra stuff in my package which showed me he was dedicated to his work. I will definitely go back and I recommend everybody else do it as well. My iPhone got wet and needed repair. I took it to I Doctors and they were so kind and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about fixing my phone. I needed a new loud speaker and charging port. They had my phone fixed in just a few hours. Very reasonably priced too. I am very pleased with the service I received.

My experience at iDoctors was completely positive. The man who waited on me was outgoing and attentive, and he patiently explained the products before I made my purchase (which was reasonably priced to begin with, but then I got a couple freebies thrown in on the deal). Everything works great, and I couldn't be happier. If I ever need any more phone accessories, I now know just where to go.

This place is the best for phone repair! My phone had water damage and needed to be fixed. We saw this place and called to find out they were closing but they offered to stay open later just for us. They were very knowledgeable and professional and helped us out a lot- there was water damage on the phones hardware but they managed to fix it all and for way less than Apple store who probably would have told us the phone was broken beyond repair. Can’t recommend this place enough for phone repair- honest and friendly people who really know what they’re doing!
