The best! My laptop had literally split in half at the base and stopped working. I brought it in expecting that they would tell me to salvage the hard drive…but within a couple of days, it was as good as new!

Broke the screen on my Surface Pro 7 on the 1st day of vacation. Called Wise. They ordered a new screen and installed it and got back to me before I had to leave town to go back home. Super nice people. Great work. Good price. Highly recommend.

Recently took an Xbox Series X there to have the hdmi port replaced. CJ was very friendly and honest about the process. He repaired my console in a timely fashion and made me feel comfortable that he could handle the job from the first phone call to pick up. And the price was very fair. Repairing consoles can be a tedious job, so having a reliable technician is a good thing and CJ is very capable.

This is my second experience with an electronic device with wise device on Rte 17 in N Myrtle Beach. The first was a hardware malfunction that required a part replacement that required soldering and locating a hard to find part. The high speed scanner is working perfectly. My laptop had a network card that failed and needed to be replaced. CJ diagnosed the problem and had the lap top back to me in the following morning. With so many of us conducting business from home, this service is critical. His number should be on your phone if you have a malfunction. Obviously the service was outstanding and the price was very fair. This is not your software repair guy. He does it all including software and hardware.

I have a fujitsu high speed scanner that failed to be recognized by my computer. Thought is was going to the graveyard. CJ examined the unit diagnosed the problem. The part was rare but CJ found one on line and soldered it to the circuit board. An unusual talent. Back in business. Timely and a fair price. Friendly service!

I got my phone screen repaired here recently. AJ was very courteous and knowledgeable and got it fixed in only a couple days after having to wait on a part. Highly recommend.

While on vacation the screen on my wife's Samsung phone decided it was time to bite the dust. The business was recommended by my serivce provider and I was very glad that they did. They were able to get the replacement and have the phone repaired before it was time to check out of our resort and move to a different location. Great service and fantastic business. I was in need of someone with experience to clone a hard drive so I looked up locally computer repair. This shop had the most and best reviews so I decided to go with them. CJ was very helpful and knowledgeable and the turn around time was fast.
The charge was reasonable and I am very pleased with the outcome. I don’t like to shop for mechanics, lawyers, accountants or computer techs. If I find a good one, I stay with them. I will use their services for any future situations. Highly recommended.

Wise Device is a really wise choice. CJ took my Dell laptop purchased from a school and cleaned out all the proprietary stuff. He also installed Windows 11 Pro and set up the computer personally for me. The personalization is what made it more enjoyable to use. The price was really fair. Hats off to CJ for a job well done. This is the absolutely the best place to go for iPhone repairs!!! I thought my iPhone had totally crashed and found their website. Was greeted by Anna and she was very pleasant. I explained what was happening with my phone and that I had to go out of town the next day. I Just knew I had lost everything. I left my phone and within an hour I was contacted. They had diagnosed my problem and nothing was lost. So thankful I took my phone to them. They are very reasonable in pricing as well as having a high degree of expertise!!!

I walked in prepared to spend $200 on a new iPhone screen. Instead- he replaced the screen protector and I was out in 10 minutes. The gentleman up front was super knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be back.

Sons iPad broke on the way down for vacation. I called him on the way down and they had screen replacement in stock so we dropped when we got there and had it back next day. Looks like new.

Definitely, the guy is knowledgeable and if there is something he can’t fix he’ll tell you right away. Came in with a water damaged iPhone that I thought it was done. But he said “I’ll give it a try” that gave me hopes and indeed came the next day like he said, my device was back ON. My entire life was on that phone. Thank you very much!
