Old School Cafe

Very cute small space that formerly was a primary school. They have pictures of what the school looked like before. Friendly service and you can see the kitchen preparing.

I came for coffee only to take to go, but seeing the cinnamon rolls being prepared in the kitchen…I couldn’t resist not leaving without one.

A regular saw me taking photos and suggested I check out their bathroom. It is so cute with the walls covered with posters of Smokey the Bear.

The food is DELICIOUS! Genuinely one of the tastiest breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Everything is made to order with care, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. On top of all that, the restaurant itself is very clean and has a cool atmosphere! It definitely has an “old school” theme. If you’re ever in the area and want an amazing breakfast or lunch, definitely stop by!

The Salmon Eggs Benny is amazing! Such a great, friendly crew of people, and the inside of the schoolhouse is so extremely well-done. I very much appreciate spaces that pay attention to the finer details — there are beautiful old maps, illustrations of various ferns / fungi / birds etc, lots of Smokey The Bear posters, and a really cool old mirror in the bathroom. We got to chat with the owner and learned about the renovations — such a labor of love!

Evening I've had has been SO yummy! There are many unique options to choose from, food and beverage wise. We try to get something new every time we go.
Be sure to check out the pastries for dessert, they have gf options too!

Cute place, creative menu. Food served promptly and very friendly even though they were very busy. We chose tables outside. We had a breakfast sandwich and it was excellent. Korean chicken and waffle was done well but the flavor of the chicken was strong, fried and salty- just our tastes.

Such a cute and cozy brunch spot!! The atmosphere was unique with lots of cool throwbacks to its schoolhouse days, the staff was so quick and friendly, and the food was exceptional. The sunshine French toast was absolutely out of this world. Highly recommend stopping here for brunch!

The food was delicious and loved the cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly as well. The pumpkin coffees were scrumptious. Can’t wait to come back!

Sometimes you find a place that just exceeds your expectations. My GF came here about a year ago with her friend and had not stopped talking about it since. So I decided to see if it really was that good. After the 2 hour drive I have to say that it is. The building it self is an old school house which is cool. When you walk in you can tell everything was well thought out and belongs. The owners and all the staff were super friendly and the food was amazing. I would definitely drive back again. You can tell this is a labor of love. So yourself a favor and stop. Ask the owner about the custom bar (he did all the wood work himself),very cool story. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, Mexican poutine, and lemon curd stuffed French toast. Everything was soooo good.

Easily the best breakfast I have ever had, period. The Korean Chicken and Waffles that I had, and the Smoked Salmon Benny my wife got were so pleasantly surprising in how flavorful and fulfilling each bite was. The portions were perfect, and the drinks were fantastic. The atmosphere and the staff were exemplary in every way imaginable, and I can honestly say this is an experience EVERYONE should have. 10/10, cannot recommend enough!!

Delicious food, friendly customer service and unique atmosphere. Great addition to Naples! Can't wait to come back to try other menu items. It was fairly busy when we were in and the two person team were doing a great job getting orders taken and food out in a timely manner. A must visit!

The food is amazing, we tried two sandwiches-salmon thinly sliced on 7 grain toast(really GOOD bread)a wonderful balance of salmon, eggs, pickled onion and a yummy sauce. Also had a Roast Beef special with tender beef, crispy bread and another yummy sauce. Extraordinary French Fries with perfect seasoning. We bought a box of house-made bakery treats to take home to share with our family. The cookies, French macaroons, cup cakes and sconces are comparable to a European bakery. Even picked up a couple of gluten-free options.
The space is cozy and lovingly updated with lots of wood and large windows. Can’t wait to go again and try new menu items and have a cocktail at the bar. Don’t miss this friendly little restaurant in the heart of Naples, NY.

In town for a little get away and was looking for a cute local place for breakfast and WOW did this place exceed our expectations of any breakfast place i’ve ever been to , the man taking our orders greeted us with nothing but positivity and good vibes all around , and the delicious and unique food topped it all off! Inside and beautiful outside seating area super cute idea for a cafe and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bite in the naples area

💯recommended anyone looking for a fun way to spruce up your pallet. You get to take in all of the history of the school house it used to be. Every single option on the homemade menu sounded and looked delicious. Not suitable for large parties. Plenty of parking. Outdoor seating.

Nice breakfast spot with lots of charm. We had the breakfast sandwich, Mexican poutine, and a cinnamon roll. It's super tasty all around! It's a small place, so you may have to wait for a seat. I'll have to go back to try brunch cocktails (full bar).

I visited for the first time this past Sunday and had breakfast. The name says everything about the location: you're in a historic school house built in the 1800s that's been beautifully restored by the owners. You order from the counter where you walk in, and the menu isn't overwhelming. The service was top notch all around, both owners greeted us and were incredibly friendly. As an added bonus, they accommodated the dog that was with is indoors. We sat at the bar where the bartender slinged some delicious drinks and let us sample some cocktails. Food was delicious, and I need more of it sooner than later. This is not to be missed and a wonderful breakfast option in the FLX

This place was amazing. The atmosphere is so fun and the service is quick and simple. Also, most importantly, the food was truly incredible. We got a cinnamon roll to start (obviously), and then got the custard soaked French toast with lemon curd and Korean fried chicken and waffles. Everything was so good and the coffee was delish.

My wife and I stopped here while in Naples NY. Old school refurbished. Indoor and outdoor seating. I especially enjoyed talking to Joe about the use of black walnut wood through out the building. My wife especially loved the food. My turkey sandwich was delicious.

Absolutely love this place! Everything on the menu sounded so delicious that we couldn’t just pick one thing, and ended up getting half the menu. And my gracious was it fantabulous!!! Of course our highlight of the visit was hearing how Mr. Joe built up the cafe with his bare hands.
I will definitely be making the drive down again just for the cafe and bringing many friends.

Everything was delicious, we especially loved the chicken & waffles and the french toast. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Very unique and cozy atmosphere, definitely worth the visit!

Wonderful little cafe in Naples, NY. They do have vegan options.
