We had ordered a pickup order from the app during breakfast hours. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We will be back to use them again. Thanks

It’s my first time at the Arches in a while. Perhaps it’s the small town factor, but this place is clean, good staff and good food. Not what I remember.

Great food, didn't go inside

Working there. The food I'd higher quality than I would have imagined. Rating the service ah could've better but when the business is designed to be ruthlessly efficient to maximize on volume and efficiency to maximize profits but failing to increase the crews wages perspectively to keep pace in today's competitive market gives me a whole new respect for the veterans of this place who deal with the⁰ new crew members each week due to less than average wages. Service top notch for as busy as it is all the time. Someday they will have to pay like Every other McDonald's

Stopped for coffee and fries to snack on. A young man took extra time to stop and take my order, and another couple's order. He even made fresh coffee and carried my to-go order to me when it was ready. Very nice!

This McDonald's always has hot fresh food. We have stopped for breakfast and burgers. No matter when we stop the food is always fresh. Not even a bad fry in the bottom of the bag. Staff is always friendly! Great job!

Update: I don't know what they do differently but they seriously have the best fries in the area. Almost always hot, fresh, and soooo good. Yummy!

Staff is friendly and food is pretty fast. Check it, though, if you have special order.

McDonald's has gone AI in at least one drive thru lane. Slightly confused AI, got the sandwich but not in the combo meal. It kept repeating would you like to order even though I had already. If you don't like AI, better use the inside lane. Can't wait to confuse it with no catsup on the sandwich and no salt on the fries. Could tell school is out and the teens are back to work - heavy on the salt and sweet tea even though I said unsweetened. Definitely ready to push the salt and sugar.

Good food, fast and nice friendly crew. Fresh and hot all the time, and they always fix any issues you may have. Love the new face lift it got.

Something to be said for going to McD's in a small town. A whole new level of satisfaction. Perfect drive-thru service and food temp. Had the mushroom swiss burger which was really good.
