Wilbert's U-Pull It of Buffalo

Sold my used car to them for cash. The selling process was quick, easy, and hassle free.

I went to Wilburt's to get a part for an old Hyundai Santa Fe and they had two similar vehicles back there to choose from. The young man behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. The part only cost me $8; the dealerships want $300 to $400 for the part, so it was a great deal for me. All the cars are in rows and you get a ticket telling which rows to search in. I'll definitely try this place if I ever need a used part.

Best junk yard/u-pull it I've ever seen. Very clean and organized well. All vehicles are already in the air on 4 homemade but very safe Jack stands made from old steel wheels. This makes accessing underpinnings a breeze, no need for dragging around a Jack, or scavenging scissor lifts outta old trunks, by far easiest and safest to navigate in the area. The staff has been very helpful and friendly also! Thanks again Wilbert's!

Needed window switch for my caravan. Guy at counter looked up my year and gave me a map of a bunch of optional vehicles to look at. Found my part and it works great

It was so fast and easy it only took 5 minutes- and they gave us $125 more than what the junk yards were offering. Definitely call here before you take cars to twin village or niagara metal!!!

Great place very clean all the cars are up in the air . Easy to pull parts . Great and friendly staff.

Very nice a good experience. I would recommend Wilbert's especially if you need to get rid of a vehicle. The tow people were so nice. They came to the house and took the truck away. Very quickly I might add.

This was my first visit to Wilbert's and I couldn't be happier! They're very organized. The entire yard is crushed stone so you don't have to walk through a giant mud pit like other yards. All the cars are up on blocks. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd give them more thumbs up but I only have two, unfortunately.

They must have better methods to part vehicles out. Gave me substantially more than competitors and the customer service was super friendly and helped inform me on the best way to do everything. I called almost every scrapyard and I doubt Ill be going anywhere else. Quote for scrapped vehicle was $200 more than everywhere else and only deducted $100 if I wanted to take my tires.

Everything was excellent. Tow company was so pleasant and enjoyed talking with them. I will deal with again. I want to let Wilbert's know car had a lot of rust but has many new parts in last 2 yrs
Passenger axel 3 months ago ,. Front rotors and brake pads same time as Axle, 3 new motor mounts, new coil pack. And wires and plugs in last 6 months, Rear Upper, Lower Arm & Watts Link for rear 3 months ago, both lower control arms but one has bad lower ball joint was bad was going to take back under warranty but then broke down, new sway bar links front and tie rods last summer ,new radiator fan 6 months ago
used radiator from junk at time of radiator fan change, new front wheel bearings 6 months ago, rear wheel bearings 8 months ago many other parts. Had 138,??? Miles when timing chain snapped was one of my daughter s car but got different car and I didn't want to put any more $$ into it

I am so glad I was referred to Wilbert's U-Pull it! They were really nice and professional. The Chevy Silverado I had was a great truck, and when the body gave out as trucks will eventually do, the engine still had a lot of life left in it. They gave me a great price for my truck. Way more than if I just scrapped it by weight. And the parts that are still good will be used and benifit some one else. What more could you ask for? The tow truck drivers (Stormy Towing Co.) where very nice, professional and they got my old truck loaded up quickly and safely. I got paid right way and off they went with my first and favorite truck. I would definitely refer to a friend or family member! And I would definitely use there services in the future!
