My wife and I purchased a Marvin exterior French door from Tyler. He was very friendly and informative. What we were most impressed with Tyler, is how responsive and sympathetic he was when we discovered a small issue with the door. The issue was corrected and during the entire process, he kept us informed as to what was happening. The Marvin Door technician who came and made the repair was also friendly, on-time, and did a great job. We will definitely use Hartland Planing again.

I've ordered molding for a couple of projects and think this place is great. I'm in the mid-west and was concerned about shipping small orders, but Hartland and their delivery service had no problems. Custom molding delivered to my front door in about 10 days! They have a vast array of profiles, a wide range of stocks and their pricing is fair. The staff has been helpful both times I've called.

We called and asked about getting some of their sawdust to mix with old paint. They were really helpful and kind. We were surprised at all they offered and the quality of the work they did.

I've ordered twice now from Hartland. They have made my custom profile both times in a very timely manner, communicated VERY well, and were very helpful. I would recommend them for anyone seeking architectural mouldings that are hard to find, as they have many less common profiles.
