Alma (one of the employees) went above and beyond in helping me getting a package shipped. Fantastic customer service, and it was truly appreciated.

My wife and I own an online store and ship out around 15 to 30 packages a day and we go to this post office 6 days a week. The postal workers are the nicest and most helpful postal employees I have ever met. Everyone is so nice, and make it a point to greet us. They are not only friendly, but they are incredibly helpful and make sure that everything moves quickly and efficiently!

Friendly workers who won't mess up where your packages are going! Clean facility and never too crowded despite the small size of the store. I've never had any issues with my packages so I'm happy with my home USPS store!

I don't come here too often. When I went in on Tuesday 2/16/21, I received excellent customer service and noticed that the other patrons also seemed to be receiving great service. The line moved quickly, even though one customer had a large number of packages to send. The other times I've been here, I also received great service.

Excellent professional, and friendly service. I am sooooo glad this is my neighborhood office. I have traveled the country and of all my stops at post offices, this one always takes the cake.

I’m here about once a week to ship packages and pick up from my P.O. box. Alma and Dale are kind and efficient. I’m there so frequently that dale already knows my P.O. box # without my having to give him my slip. Yes it’s a smaller location but the folks working there are great. I’ve never had an issue. This Post Office is so much faster than the one on Duncan Drive in Kennesaw. The lines are shorter and the employees seem to move faster. Also a few years ago during Christmas I wanted some very specific Christmas Stamps to mail out my Christmas Cards with and the Kennesaw Post Office was completely out. Something I found out only after standing in line for about a half-an-hour.
The next day when I went to this Post Office they had plenty of the Christmas Stamps that I wanted and I only stood in line for a couple of minutes. This location is also better than the other small Post Office in Kennesaw located in the strip mall off of Barrett Parkway behind Target. So depending on where you live in or around Kennesaw I highly recommend that you choose this Post Office Location rather than the other two (especially that Duncan Drive one) as the lines are usually shorter and the staff is faster. This Post Office is especially superior if you are mailing packages or collecting stamps and particularly during Christmastime. Even if it is further away from you than the other two I mentioned it will probably be better for you to come here as in the long run you will save time by not having to wait in line nearly as much. Also I think the staff is friendlier here. And lastly, there is a Kroger, a Q.T. and other businesses conveniently located just up the road (Georgia-92).

I'm in there at least twice a week. Alma is one of the nicest postal workers I've ever met... Alan is always good for a laugh as well. I know folks give the USPS a lot of grief, but I've never had a bad experience at this location! Thank you.

Friendly staff willing to help all the time they may look bored or unfriendly but they are nice. Place is small but efficient. I come here often to send packages and never had any bad experience so will keep coming back for sure.

Great post office. The staff is always friendly and they will go out of their way to help you. I just went there and they closed at noon and I walked in 10 minutes late and they still took me. I do all of my shipping needs there and always will as long as I live in the area.

The staff is always very polite and super helpful. I forgot to label a package I left and they knew exactly where it was and let me put a shipping label on it. A+ guys.

Quick and friendly service. Clerk Alan is very helpful and funny man. I recommend this Acworth USPS location for your all postal needs.

I ship alot here... everyone has been tremendously helpful and is very polite. My experiences in the past have been poor at post offices, but this one is amazing.

There's a smexy postman named Jamal who comes by my house every day to give me tendies. Man I love the smell of Kool-Aid from his shirt each time he delivers my exotic food in that smexy box
