Maria is always so very nice, upbeat, knowledgeable and has a great aura around her. Solon Post office is lucky to have her!

Amazingly fast service renewing our passports!

After completing all our paperwork at the Cleveland Heights Library, we went to the Solon Post Office at the busiest part of Saturday. It was just before noon, and we had inadvertently omitted a few steps in our forms. The whole staff at the Solon Post Office was pleasant and they kept the line moving very efficiently. The nice lady who helped us was wonderful. Including the wait in line, we were in and out in 8 minutes and 38 seconds (I timed it). It's a shame the Postal Service is a monopoly and different Post Offices don't benefit from offering superior service. If they did, the Solon Post Office would dominate the market!

I would like to shout out to Diane at the Solon Post office. I order from Amazon regularly and for the first time I didn't receive a package after notified it was delivered (we are all human, mistakes happen). Diane went above and beyond to find the package and save the day! After a couple of days, she even went out to the area it was delivered to investigate. Turns out it was delivered in error to a near by business. She scooped it up and even brought it to me at work. I'm giving her 5 stars :-) Thanks Diane!!

My package did not arrive when expected, so I called the post office and Reggie was very helpful in helping me get my package. I did not list the suite number in the ship-to and he called the driver on my behalf and the driver drove back over to drop off my package. Appreciated!

Everyone I've gone to at the front desk has been so helpful when I've come in to ship packages. Sometimes there are long lines and I'm sure it can be a stressful job behind the counter, but they have always been very kind and helpful at this location. The hours they are open are very convenient too!

I live over here on Baldwin Rd in Solon and want to say thanks to my present mail carrier Renay. (The spelling might be off). He is very polite, always smiling and courteous. I never have issues with my delivery now that he is on duty. Please keep him on this route if he so desires.

Long line when I arrived. 2 associates helping. In minutes another showed up. A few minutes after that another showed up, a manager maybe, with a fantastic attitude and helped clear out the place. Great service.

Had to leave my home near
Area post offices to get holiday stamps I needed.. Roticaso sp. And clerk 8 were savers of the day. The search was for
,Hanukkah stamps.

Archie helped me out big time with my passport! Helped with my photo and made sure I corrected a few items on the application! Great customer service.

You can tell they like their job. You kind of have to ask them for help, they aren’t the most intuitive and won’t ask you if you need something, they expect you to be the one to ask if confused. Very fast though.

Archie is the GREATEST US Postal Employee of ALL TIME! Without Archie, this place could not exist! It would literally fall to pieces and crumble to the ground.
