Discount Tire

Went to Discount Tire to have our trailer tires replaced. We were able to get appointment that very week. On arrival they quickly checked us in, discussed plan, and got to work. Everyone was friendly and polite. Waiting area and rest rooms were immaculate. They had all 4 tires done in under 2 hours and at an acceptable price. We will definitely be back for all our tire needs!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and will match competitors prices. I walked in, purchased tires and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Will recommend to family and friends.

Not only price matched but offered at lower price than the competitor. Four tires full install only took half hour, which is incredibly fast. People were cool. Inside waiting area is not cramped whatsoever. I'd recommend.

Great place to get tires. I did a walk-in at 4:00 in the afternoon on a Friday and it still didn't take very long.

The employees make this place great. Joe Freddy and everyone are very patient and do a great job. We recently bought 2 sets of tires and 2 sets of wheels. They do things by the book and are very careful with the vehicles. I drive 45 minutes to get there.

Honest, quick, fair. I had a screw in me almost brand new car. Came in with no appointment. They looked at my car and said that it looked like it should be repaired but that wanted to make sure it was safe. (I have had tires that had nails in side walls or angles and told not OK to paych..i never question a safety issue). But they were able to fix the tire safely. I have also been to this location to put 4 new tires on before a trip and then trade in. The price is great especially with a military discount. So far, no bad experiences at all and happy to come back.

I was in and out within 20 minutes at their Aurora location. I’m sometimes worried about being up-charged for car services I don’t need as a woman, but the whole team was respectful, professional and friendly. Really can’t recommend them enough!

These people here are the most down to earth willing to help individuals. I have gotten several sets of tires from them and each time the experience here is fantastic I have had to goto a couple different places in emergency situations and every time I’ve had to I cringe because I know it’s not going to be the quality service I receive like I do at this location i recommend everyone to come to this location they will take care of you you’re not just a number to this business you are more like family

Never write reviews but this experience is worth noting. On Saturday I got a flat tire driving from a funeral of someone close to us to the luncheon afterwards. My tires were almost new, and this was obviously upsetting at several different levels. I was driving by a Discount Tire and swung in hoping to get help on a very busy day. Freddy (?) helped me in a very understanding manner. Took my info and I was quickly on my way to the luncheon. When I got back to Discount Tire, my tire was fixed at no charge.

Customer service has been non-existent after Covid – apparently Discount Tire folks didn’t get that memo. You bet the next time I buy tires it will be from them.

Literally thankful for this place. I had been so so many other places to buy a tire and have it put on but everyone was either too busy or short staffed. I went to Discount tire and they did it immediately. Now my ford is good to go :) thanks - I will come here again
