This is the friendliest Starbucks I have been in. Kate and Dana were great! Located in a nice area. My drink was yummy. The bathrooms are clean.

Our day concluded with a visit to Bonnie Burn Park, a charming green space in Winter Park. The park offered a perfect setting for picnics, outdoor activities, or a casual game of frisbee. Families and friends gathered, creating a sense of community and togetherness.

I have been to dozens and dozens of Starbucks across the country, and I must say that Ellie represents the company and this location to the fullest. She has an upbeat and positive attitude, even with rude customers. She takes pride in her work and wants to make sure everyone is happy upon their first sip. I’m not big on writing reviews, but this young lady deserves 10 stars. A promotion should be in her future.

This review is for Ellie. Ellie is simply a delight. Unfortunately, this location tends to attract rude customers, and she maintained a great attitude and a cheerful personality even when being treated poorly. She went out of her way to make sure my drink was perfect which was kind of her and showed true professionalism. While many ignore the pressure on a barista at an extremely busy location, you give credit where credit is due. Ellie deserves a promotion—she’s the perfect representative for Starbucks.

Kats customer service is top tier! She asked me how my day was and what I was doing today. Small things like that is so nice! Thanks kat!

My first nitro cold coffee experience. Thank you Sam for educating me with this delicious taste in keeping me feeling like a Tesla sport for work hours. This drink was gone in 5 minutes😆

Excellent customer service!!! Chi Frap was delicious & so was the Reindeer pop. Chill atmosphere & beautiful location. Young lady with the redish brown & blonde bang braided hair made my DAY & EXPERIENCE! She deserves a raise!!! 😉

I regularly come into this Starbucks to study as I go to the college down the road. I usually go in the night time as I have class during the day and the baristas that I’ve always seen have always gone above and beyond. Today while studying there were some kids who came in and started to cause a ruckus, however the three employees remained very calm and resolved the situation. Lydia,Isaiah, and Rachel all asked me if I was ok and if I needed anything like a water after the commotion in the lobby. Despite the weird situation this was probably one of my best experiences in a Starbucks. The employees on duty continued to sweep to ensure the store was looking the best as possible. Drinks were made fast and on-top of it all, tasted amazing. Kudos to the manager who hired these employees as they went above and beyond today and overall made my day.

Stopped in to grab a cup of coffee while my car was down the road in a mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, polite and delivered prompt service. I enjoyed my coffee and worked on a paper for about 30 minute and enjoyed my time. The decorations on the coffee beans on the wall were nice and added a unique vibe to the location.

Great Starbucks! All the baristas are super friendly, but Rachel is especially sweet! So are Trent and Steven but I haven’t seen them lately! Anyway, they are all lovely and do their jobs great :) would recommend!!

I've met some interesting people just hanging out here on my own. Very safe location. Usually go with my son, and we people and dog watch the busy sidewalk from seats inside. However, sitting outside is nice when it's cooler. Super-friendly and accommodating staff. Just a great place to hang, whether you're shopping on Park Avenue or not.

I have been frequenting this location since I was a student at Rollins College. The staff and service here have always been amazing.

Fantastic! Lovely employees. Great place to meet ambitious minded people, and the locals are just as friendly. Very comforting, and very warm --- I mean the environment. It's very inviting. Makes you wanna stay, or come back more often. Their only downfall is there A/C is too cold, but who cares, you're drinkin' coffee!
