I want to give a shout out to Carter Chevrolet. I also want to give a big shout out to Mike for making this the most easiest car experience that I have ever experienced in my life. I would really consider anybody that's looking for a car to do business with Carter Chevrolet. I drove in from Dallas and they made this The most easiest best car experience I have ever been through. The experience from start to finish was absolutely phenomenal. They were incredibly patient with me. I am pretty sure I test drove 6-8 of their trucks. Ultimately I found the perfect one. Andy was so kind and never once acted like he was bothered by me despite him being in the process of closing deals. Grant took over to help support Andy and showed the same kindness and patience. They never once pressured me into a truck I didn’t want. We laughed…pretty sure we both cried 😏😏…we joked. When they say, “making friends and selling cars” I truly believe. This was literally the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I've ever experienced! My salesman, Miguel A., was the nicest guy and really listened to me when I told him exactly what I wanted and he helped make the experience truly enjoyable. He had everything ready to go and never pushed or pressured me for one second.

The finance portion of the purchase was surprisingly easy as well. Mike K. was a super great guy to work with and everyone had a great attitude through the entire experience. There was no tension or pressure into buying products and they gave me exactly what I wanted and really worked with me in the pricing I wanted.
This truly was a great sale. Okarche is quite the distance but these two definitely made the drive more than worth it. Coming from someone that used to work for a lender, there were no gimmicks, product pushing or messing around. It was even super fast! We were even in and out in under 3 hours (test driving included). I feel like I not only came out with a new car but two new friends as well. These guys truly operate according to their motto.

Bought a 2020 Camaro from this dealership. Drove from ATL and had an extremely smooth experience start to finish no issues and the transaction only took about an hour.
