My husband and I absolutely love living here. No drama, quiet for the most part. Richard is really great and does a great job at attending any issues and keeps it looking great around here. We have lived here for a year and we love it ❤ great place to live.

I just moved in a couple days ago but Richard is always able to help! He’s very hard working and understanding. We really like these apartments, the best ones we’ve been to in town, if ur looking to rent definitely go here!!!

There are a lot of spam reviews bringing the stars down! I've lived here for over 2 years and I love it. Richard is really nice and he gets any problems fixed in a timely manner. He also works hard to keep the yards looking nice. I've always had good, quiet neighbors and I feel very safe living here.

We haven't been approved yet, but we have been given a tour and spent time with management. Richard is awesome. I really hope we get to move in. They aren't fancy, but he isn't trying to charge you a bunch of money either. You get what you pay for. It was quiet and calm. It felt clean and safe. He seems reasonable and of all the people we have met trying to find a place, his wife and he were our favorite! Also, the carpets are all getting pulled which is exciting.

These apartments by far are the best in town and affordable I have heard nothing but good things about them I’m not renting from them yet but I hope to get approved it seems like a great place to live and good people running the place

I have lived here twice, a year each. Affordability and proximity to my job on base were definite positives for first choosing the apartment complex. I have a very positive relationship with the management here and like others have posted, if you pay your rent on time, clean up after yourself and your pets, and be respectful to your neighbors you won't encounter any issues whatsoever. Richard works diligently and in a timely manner to address every maintenance request. He has given me a few extra days to pay rent (usually if payday is some time after the rent is due). The apartments are older, in any case, you get what you pay for. The price is very hard to beat. I haven't had any complaints with the neighbors thankfully. Recommended this place to many of my coworkers on base and will continue to do so.

I LOVED my apartment here. It was awesome. Richard, DJ, and Patty were all three equally amazing people who worked tirelessly all day everyday. I would see how late they’d often stay, mowing the grass or fixing things. Richard in particular has got to be one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met. It’s simple, pay your rent on time, pick up after your dog, and be respectful of your neighbors and you won’t have any problems. It’s an older place and they’re probably cheapest apartments around. Don’t expect luxury.

If I ever move back, I know I’d want to live here again.

This is my first apartment complex to rent from but overall as long as I have lived here Richard has always looked into anything that was broken or just not working right. He is a great manager/maintenance man and works really hard to keep his tenants happy. I would recommend these apartments to all my friends. They’re also affordable for anyone in really tight spot or just starting off on their own. Thank you Richard for the amazing work you do.

We lived in these apartments for two years and never had any issues with management! Apartments are very spacious and Richard was always on top of fixing things and keeping the outside of apartments looking nice ! They would always listen to any complaints and take them very seriously if we had any issues which made us feel safe! Richard and Patty are always friendly and considerate! Overall a great first experience renting from them !

I rented an apartment for the first time here in 2019 and loved it so much I rented again in 2020-2021. The landlord Richard along with the maintenance team as a whole have always been timely with fixing any issues in the apartments. They were also extremely friendly and caring, beyond the typical landlord. I cannot recommend this place enough

I had an amazing experience in the year I lived here. The manager was very kind and helpful beyond his job requirements! They will work with you if you’re honest and they walk the grounds regularly so I felt very safe in my stay there. Honestly, they’re probably the best deal in town. Cheap and very decent! Would recommend! 😀

(Also wanted to say this business page was spammed with a bunch of negative reviews from the same person/their friends who never stayed there, so take that into account when considering the low rating!)

I am the owner and operator of Sarges and someone decided to use my name for a bad review. I can tell you personally the management here is top notch. They even reached out to me personally to handle someone leaving fake reviews. So in closing I say management is tops and looks out for his people. And lastly to the one who used my name. Look me up get my number and stop by we got some talking to do. Either man to man or outlaw type it don't matter.

One of the best apartments I done lived in by far Richard is a great Landlord anything is wrong he always on top of it won’t find to many Landlords like Richard and he’s always working hard around the area trying to maintain everything keeping the grass cut etc you definitely can’t go wrong here!!🙂

I love it here. My townhouse is spacious and quiet. My landlord Richard is professional, friendly, and walks the grounds to make sure everything is ok. I feel very safe here. Great choice for me.

I love our apartment it's really great,and our landlord works hard ,and does what he needs to fix the stuff.
