AT&T Store

I really can't say enough great things about Joe who works at this location. He helped me sort out an issue with my prepaid plan. He was was very very patient even with all the hoops he had to jump through to get my number ported and working. Super impressed with him and this store. I was in previously for another phone issue and was help by another employee who was equally awesome (I just didn't catch her name).

This store was absolutely amazing. I have dealt with both the gentleman and the female and they were both great. They are always so nice and friendly when I go in. Anytime I have a problem with my bill or my phone they always make sure to resolve the issue and explain everything as they go. I give this store 5/5 stars. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Cailey was very professional and the manager Joe even helped me with a previous issue where my trade in deal fell off. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and very welcoming.

I have a very good experience in West side AT&T. Laura is great and will surely help you with your questions and what you need. She’s very Knowledgeable and had an awesome customer service.

Calin was very professional and attentive to our needs hands down the best experience I've had in a store she made my decision to switch from Verizon to att that much easier she has a bright future ahead of her in sales

Laura was helpful and knowledgeable. She confidently helped me move from an android to an iPhone quickly and painlessly. She knows what she is doing and her customer service was great!

Sam at this location was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He spent a total of 4 hours working on a fraud issue with me. He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get this issued resolved. He was very patient and I will. CONTINUE TO HAVE SERVICES WITH THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Great people but the cell phone service is so bad here in Casper drop calls all the time. No one can hear me when I call them. I had version when I moved here and it worked great. Really wish I would have never changed to At&t

Always have prompt and accurate service .Manager helped me last time in to add a line to my account .Not only he took time to explain everything as far as current plan , additional line cost , he also saved me money switching my plan .
