Big Stone Therapies-West Wind Village

I went to Big Stone Therapies with a foot issue -- stuck, not moving, painful, inhibiting my overall walking/standing ability -- a continuing issue after hip replacement surgery. I also received help with the structure of the whole leg as it is all connected. I can now walk with a moving foot through complete, normal movement. Big Stone Therapies works with the clients where they are, listens, thoroughly evaluates the issue, works not only with physical exercise but also deep tissue work on painful knots that inhibit exercise and other movements. They work with the whole body not just the issue for best care. They are professional, with excellent patient care in a pleasant clinic environment. I highly recommend them.

All of my time spent doing PT at Big Stone Therapies was a very positive experience. I had the pleasure to do my therapy with 3 outstanding therapists, each bringing a little something different to my sessions.

Thanks to Glenda, I ran a marathon and felt the better during and after the race than ever! She helped with hip, IT band, and knee issues I’d been battling & “toughing out” for far too long.

I’ve been a runner for most of my life, but ran into some IT band issues a few years back while training and running a couple half marathons. Despite that, I kept running, just never entirely pain free. Ran a marathon in 2023, had the typical IT band and knee pain in the weeks leading up to it and during the race, but after the race I had clearly done more to injure myself, and the pain was concentrated in my hip. Took off a few months, tried to pick up again last summer, but, my goodness, it hurt so much. Started PT in July, and by this January, ran my second marathon. I am so happy to report that I feel GREAT and can see more marathons in my future!!

I worked with Physical Therapist Glenda. Excellent working knowledge of anatomy, vast knowledge of physical therapy maneuvers, and experience, willingness to help and patience make her a great therapist. She is wonderful to work with!

I had a really good experience with everyone at Big stone therapies! I seen Brooke the most and she was great, listened to all my concerns, very attentive, thorough, worked well with my schedule! All in all, I would recommend. 5 stars for sure.

I have worked with the therapists and admin staff of this location on a professional level. They have never been anything but helpful and very knowledgeable!
Their therapists also hold some very specialized certifications!

The Morris office is consistently one of the hardest working, professional locations I've been able to work with through Big Stone Therapies. Their staff is always cordial and I truly love the work they do.

Glenda Feist, the manager of this location as well as a physical therapist there is cruel, coniving and vindictive. Speaking from personal experience. She caused me so much extra pain during a half-day appointment and was incredibly rude to me throughout. Her husband is a higher up within her company (Big Stone Therapies). So the corporate staff was not willing to do anything and she has essentially gotten away with it. I was bedridden for several days following my appointment with her. She pushed me so hard, even though I explained that lifting heavy weights over my head inside a crate, in sets was causing excruciating pain in my neck/spine and she didn't care one bit, continued to push me even harder. My pain levels have even escalated since the appointment with her. I would seriously reconsider if you are referred to her or her office (she is also the manager of the Morris location) and request a different location.
