This is a one-person office, but that person makes this location consistently the best, most helpful, most efficient, most cost effective, and friendliest I have ever experienced. I hope he stays put!

I went to drop a package at this post office and was told I was using the wrong box. Instead of sending me away, without asking the person at the desk took it upon himself to help me out by cutting off the label, getting the proper box, and repackaging it for me. I was so stressed out this morning that this act of kindness really restored my faith in people. Thank you for the top notch service!

Great local post office with all the usual services and stamps. Very professional staff. Avoid going near the end of the day as the lines can be long with local businesses doing mass mail outs.

I love the Yardley Post Office! Yes, it is a small location with one clerk and sometimes there is a line, but the clerk knows my name and is always very friendly.

After coming here for two years to mail products for an online business, I rented a PO box for my business and would MUCH rather go to Yardley Borough than ANY other post office because the service is much more personable.

I used ro hate this place. The angry useless dud that used to work there was one pathetic loser. However times have changed. They have a new guy working there who is tremendous! super helpful and unbelievably nice. The Yardley Post office is now my favorite place to be.

Matt is the absolute best!!! Friendly and helpful beyond belief.

The USPS would run like a well oiled machine if Matt was the Postmater General!

Bringing Matt over from Morrisville PO was a great move. He makes going to the post office fun.

The clerk who assisted me, Matt, was friendly, fast, and helpful.

The worker here basically turned me away when I tried to send multiple packages today. He kept making nasty remarks to me about how I was holding up the post office. He repeatedly said things like "This is a one person office, no one else will be able to mail anything today if I have to deal with all these! I hope no one behind you has any appointments today... Your going to make everyone else late... They're not going to appreciate you... etc. "

After only sending a couple items, I just took my others and left because his unprofessional attitude and remarks were so embarrassing.

I would avoid this office at all costs in the future (or at least until they hire someone competent).

UPDATE:
I'm charging my review from one star to four three years after my first review. The office has since hired new clerks and they're much more friendly and professional.

What ever happened to "“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds,” I haven't received my mail in a week ! Unacceptable, somehow Amazon is able to make deliveries, as are UPS and FedEx !!

The postal worker who delivers are mail was very rude today. Our receptionist is out and it takes a minute to get down to reception to buzz someone in; he informed me that we need to figure out something different when our receptionist is out as he doesn't have time to wait around. He was at our place of business no longer than 3 minutes at most. Very disappointed in the rudeness of this postal worker.

no one ever answers the phone. Regardless of this location being a one person operation, they need to be more accommodating. You have to call Morrisville office if you have any questions...Not customer focused.

Our packages keep getting dropped off at another house in our development it is always happening.
