Tradehome Shoes

I went into the store to purchase some more shoes that were comfortable for me feet. Two of our kids recommend this store. The gentleman that helped me, who also was the owner, was extremely helpful. He took time to make sure each shoe I tried on felt good. If it didn't he went back a grabbed another shoe. I was in the store for over 40 minutes trying to find a shoe that worked for me since I had recently broken my ankle. We tried shoes with/without inserts, I tried sandals and more. He really took his time to make sure my feet felt good. I know I walked around the store in at least 6 different shoes. Not once was I rushed nor did he seem bothered. The other young man working in the store was just as kind as the owner. Almost forgot, the store was packed with people and he still took time to take care of me. Those two made sure each person felt like they were #1. Great customer service and all around care. I highly recommend them everyone. I will be back to get more.

Sadly I cannot remember the employees name that helped me but he was amazing. I have terrible knee issues and needed something that would wear well with lots of standing and walking while at work. He did a great job listening to what I was saying before he even tried to recommend a shoe. I did give into the inserts they offer, which I am extremely happy I did now. He interacted with my son while I tried on shoes and was not pushy at all. Not only am I not worried about being on my feet all day at work, Im excited to get back on the treadmill and try these vs my hokas. I will definitely go back to purchase from them again.

Emily was very helpful getting my wife's shoes. They made us comfortable with our shopping experience, when I asked about the longevity of the insoles, Jacob showed me his and assured me on the quality of them. After walking around in the new insoles I'm glad I made that decision.
Will shop here again.

Jake did a very very well job of providing us a depth of knowledge on different shoes and helping us to find a right fit. The diagnostic foot scan/knowledgeable staff is the most critical thing that sets them apart from other shoe places. I’ve already ran/walked more in past two days then I have in past few years due to other cheap shoes from Amazon hurting my back and arches in my feet. 🏃‍♂🎽👟

I went in there for the first time today .The employers were so helpful and also amazing customer service. I was so impressed about how they're willing to take their time to help you. Excellent customer service. Best customer service I've had in a shoe store, BY FAR, that I can ever remember. I don't remember the name of the female associate who helped me, but she took the time to patiently measure my foot and help me try on several pairs of shoes before settling on the right one for me. She treated me like I was the most important customer of her whole day. I would highly recommend!

Jake was very helpful in funding the correct shoe for my needs.

Great selection of comfortable shoes including large selection of Birkenstocks, tevas, and hey dudes. Jacob was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He knows shoes!

The best shoe experience I've had ever. The manager, Keenan was awesome at helping me find a pair of running shoes that worked for me. I had to exchange twice to find a pair that didn't hurt. They have earned my business for life!

If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely great service thanks to Danny I believe that is his name! He was wonderful with helping me find a shoe that would work and not trying to sell me on the most expensive ones. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes which was very impressive. If you are looking for a great quality shoe and great service then this is the place to go. Passing by you would think they are pricey but their prices are fair!

This shoe retailer is fantastic! I’ve never had such great customer service, as we’ve had the past two times we’ve been there! They’ll even put your new shoes on your feet and tie them ...what? So unheard of in this generation of retail!
Keenan waited on us and I got the most comfortable pair of shoes EVER!

I have never in my life had such fantastic customer service at a retailer, and especially at a shoe store! I came in needing good supportive shoes for work and had asked about clogs, low and behold Keenen measured me, grabbed me tons of different options, got me incredible inserts that helped my pronation (something I didn't even bring up. He just noticed it in my walk!), and found me the most comfortable, supportive, and high quality shoes I have ever had - options i didn't even know existed. He was so polite and made great conversation all while listening to every concern and opinion I had about my shoes and my needs for my feet issues. I don't know that I will ever look anywhere else for shoes. My feet and my back feel better than they have in a long time.

Very impressed with the staff, they work hard to understand your needs. The product is also of great quality for the price. The sales they have are often and generous. I have bought my shoes here for the second time and I plan to keep it up as long as they are open.

My first time ever there and had a guy named nic help me find the right kind of boots. He was very nice and actually showed he cared. I love my new boots. He was very knowledgeable about where the boots are made and stuff and it was very helpful. Thank you for taking a minute to find the right kind for me!
