Greatest Post Office on earth. Seriously, the entire team from Lupe to Daniel to Raul have allowed me to grow my business faster than I had ever hoped.

Looking for a Post Office with actually super friendly employees and great service? Well, turns out it exists and it’s nestled nicely within Topanga.

My only concern is that the team seems to be understaffed and overworked since the new Postmaster took over. The team works as hard as humanly possible, but there are still limits to what can be reasonably accomplished with only one or two employees at the front, especially as we approach the busiest time of the year for packages and mail.

The Topanga Post office is the best there is. Anyone who says different has to be a grumpy and bad person to begin with. I have been using this PO for over 30 years now and I could never contemplate what it would be like without them. Friendly, attentive, courteous and all around pleasant. They do their job well.

Used to work there-what an awesome place. Had a woman that worked there named JoJo and Carol and Jackie and Vince worked as a clerk with me. Wish I knew what happened to all of them. Great people, great place. Wish I could say the same for the Post Master-he wasn't the same as us-he never fit in-Manny Chavez-not my favorite person.

WOW! what an incredible Post office; almost like the one I had in Portugal when I lived waaaayyyy off the grid. Everything about living in Topanga Canyon reminds me of the old country. BUT we are right here in Los Angeles and I live here now expecting an overnight package scheduled arrival: yesterday by 3 pm. Due to the Winter weather out East (packages origin) it was delayed until today.
Charlene waited on me yesterday at this location where I was attempting to locate my package at 4 pm. I was in a panic about the status of my parcel and Charlene handled me very professionally and politely. Today SHE CALLED ME PERSONALLY to tell me my package had arrived and offered me the option of having it delivered or picking it up myself. Double WOW! Within 10 minutes of her call my package arrived at my house and I got to meet my new mail man! Yay SFV rocks and Charlene is a top notch employee & many other USPS employees might take a lesson from her stellar performance! Thanks Charlene you made my day!

If you're in a hurry, go somewhere else. But if you like the idea of a quaint, gentle post office where you get to know everyone's name and the ladies behind the counter genuinely seem like they care, then take a moment. It's about as small and rural as you're going to get in Los Angeles county. Just have some patience when the customer being served starts rambling some long story about their horses or moon crystals. That's just how it is sometimes.

Great Staff. Always friendly. Always efficient. On 2 occasions staff have helped me carry a heavy parcel to my car. This post office cannot be beat.

while our USPS is usually great, i believe there are some new hires that are not picking up the mail even when it is clearly presented on the box and the red arm indicating "pick up" is up. please rectify this. this has happened more than a couple of times. thank you from the folks on arteique road in topanga canyon.

Coming from a larger city, the service here can seem slow to me. But it’s one of the least-stressful, most relatively pleasant POs I’ve used.

Easy in and out, rarely has line.

I was on my way back from Malibu and decided to pop in to this lonely post office to mail my rent check. The lazy Hispanic lady behind the counter insisted I fill out the certified mail slip, even know thats her job. Well she must have been dumb asf, because she seemed to have a hard time entering the zip codes into the computer. My rent check was suppose to go straight to Calabasas and instead has been bouncing around between the distribution centers in Los Angeles and San Clarita. My rent is now late and its going to spark conflict between me and my landlord. All thanks to the idiot employee at this location.

HOW is this post office getting five star reviews? I’ve been going in there (when I have to ) for 7 years and they are consistently very slow, rude and these women definitely hate their jobs.
