Life Storage

So I needed a storage unit in a flash. Life happens unexpectedly and Life storage was one of the first to pop up. Drove there with a full load without even knowing if they had available units. Walked in and was greeted by a very polite bubbly woman Deanna. I told her what I'm looking for and she offered to check out a couple different sizes. Once I picked the right fit, she walked me thru all the details by the time we got back to office so the paper work was a breeze and paid my bill. She made my time there short and informative. I needed that being on a time crunch. Super nice and polite and even asked about plans for holiday. Best customer service I have received in 2024. So if you need a unit, Life storage in orchard Park on 20A is where to go. Hands down. 5 star

The facility manager is so helpful and courteous, and explains every detail including security, insurance and cost options. 5 stars for this fine lady. I think her name is Kim.

Kim Callahan of your Orchard Park location has been patient and helpful thru my 3 month process of my move. She is a great asset to your company. Old school customer service is rarely found in this world today.

Kim has always been professional and polite. One of the very few people I've encountered in a business that actually cares about the customer and understands business. Too bad corporate doesn't recognize or appreciate her talents more. If they did, she would have been promoted to a higher position long ago. This coming from a VP.

Absolutely wonderful people, Kim was always amazing to work with and very understanding. Never had an issue with privacy or anything unwanted in my unit. Had a few wonderful years renting from them and will gladly rent again in the future!

This is my second year using the storage facility. Besides being a great Storage place, I would really like to emphasize on the customer service which is fantastic.

It is growing exceedingly tiresome and difficult to see the good in humanity these days. All the way from the global wars, g*nocide and famine to people not greeting each other on sidewalks or elevators anymore; from families being divided over cellphone addictions to our nation being divided into neighbor hating neighbor, seeing the "good" in this world is like looking for a forest through the trees. Who would have thought that one woman answering the telephone at a storage facility would completely refresh my hope that good people are out there? When you're having a bad day, down on your luck and realize 'oh great, another bill is due I better call Life Storage today' no one is expecting anything other than a mundane, monotone call to pay another bill you can't afford. Kim at Life Storage has to be one of the most purely, golden-good people in the world! Every single time she answers the phone, you can't help but feel a comfort, security, calmness and joy. You can tell in one phone call that she is wholesome, dedicated to her job and proud to be there. She's the kind of person that could turn a lion into a housecat with her sweetness! I've been with Life Storage for over 2 years now and she knows this company inside and out, the office is not only spotless and very organized but also cozy. And the word "cozy" isn't exactly what you picture when you think of a storage unit. The cleanliness, upkeep, and conflict resolution this one woman upholds is highly commendable. So I'd like to say thank you to Kim at Life Storage in Orchard Park, and thank you to Life Storage for holding onto this gem of an employee! I am not exaggerating when I say 60 seconds on the phone with her while paying your bill, inquiring about insurance or your unit, etc. Will put you at ease that good, happy people do exist. Everyone can learn a big lesson from her, which is take pride in your work and be kind. Thank you.

Deanna was very helpful and professional! She answered all my questions and concerns, making the process very smooth. The rates are great, and I am very grateful to her and the business for efficiently helping me get my storage unit on last notice matters on my end!
