They have it all. mrs. Sun in the wig department is the most friendliest person you will ever come across. I come back to this store for her great customer service. They have variety of wigs and you can try on. They provide a wig cap which is free if you end up buying a wig. This is the go to place for me. They seem to hav every thing one needs. Again great customer is key to the success of any business, whether customers buy or not.

I absolutely pick this beauty supply store over all the rest in Charlotte. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about what you are looking for. The store manager Jake I think is his name. He is such a charm and go above and bound to help you find the products that you are looking for. He even give you the best prices. On top of that I broke my heel on my shoe while shopping and he gave me a cute fancy pair of sandals for free but first he tried to repair my heels 😊 In the past when the store was ran differently it wasn’t my favorite place to shop
for my beauty needs but now this is the only beauty supply store I shop at. I don’t mind spending my money here at all. There’s a great vibe you get when you walk through the doors. Thank you for a awesome environment to shop.

Some of their products are a little higher than most but they do have more of a selection than other major hair stores. I always come here when I've something on social media that I want to try because I know they will have it here. Everything is neatly in place and you don't have to look around for everything. They also have a good selection for shoes.

I love this place for my lashes, hair care products, and clip ins! As a person in the beauty industry I find this place has always made my experience amazing! The owner is helpful and goes above and beyond for customers! If he doesn’t have it he will try to order.

I highly recommend this store to shop for your beauty supplies. The manager personally stopped what he was doing today to help me and show me that his store has the BEST prices around. I love this beauty supply store. They always have what I need. There is not a lot of "fluff", meaning it's not filled with unusable junk products. The owner is extremely helpful and personable. He always takes the time to hold a conversation with customers. That means a lot to me. I definitely recommend a visit!

Love It! Great selection of anything u could possibly be looking for from hair and skin care products to hair bundles and wigs. I was there and they were out of my color so the new manager Jake ordered it for me! That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love this store it’s the only one I go to in Charlotte. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Jake. He knows the store in and out and he can answer any question about the products In the store . Not to mention he’s always eager to help every customer that walks in. The young ladies behind the counter are very kind as well and patient. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

This is one of my favorite beauty supply stores on the east side of Charlotte. I come here to get all of my hair products from my weave to my hair care products.! If you need a hair store on the east side of Charlotte Carolina Beauty #2 is the spot to go to.! 5 out 5 for me Best in town.!!!!

I work here. I just want to point out that we get a lot of rude and hard headed customers. They will throw you the money at the counter and get mad if put on the counter too. The customers also bash me because I'm Hispanic and think that I don't know about hair, wigs and products. I always get comments like "you're Mexican what you know about this you don't use this" . Also another thing is that customers get mad at you if can't give them more than 10% off certain things they don't understand that we can not double the discount on red tags. Customers also get mad because I can't exchange certain items and I can't do nothing about it I'm not the boss or manger they usually leave and start cussing us out and make nasty rude comments. One more thing also they get mad when we have to close and we turn the lights off.

One more thing customers also get mad because they can't find certain wig or certain color . Wigs get shipped to us we don't have control of that.

This store always has really cute wigs and hair. The cosmetics and jewelry is nice as well. They jsve new people in the store, now; but they're friendly.

Great customer service. The owner patiently spent a lot of time helping my wife get the product she was looking for then gave her a great deal for everything. Wonderful experience

Jake is excellent! He knows a lot about African American hair. He was also very patient with me helping me match the color of my hair! Thank you so much.

Jake is awesome! I came in with a set budget and idea of the style I wanted and he took the time to provide just that. Best experience, best customer service, best products... hands down!
