My store shopping experience was great! Their delivery crew is fantastic too! Molly is friendly, polite, very professional, super helpful and really efficient. Her and the delivery guys went above and beyond with all of our needs. Furniture is great quality and we are really happy with our purchase. Delivery guys were amazing! Everything was delivered with extreme care and in excellent condition, was assembled professionally. My overall experience was phenomenal and I would definitely trust recommending anyone to choose Ashley’s for their furniture needs. I even went back to the store to make a second purchase.

I walked in late last night. I needed help picking out furniture for my home.

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa and had a great experience at Ashely Furniture in Milford, CT. Ben was our sales associate. He was informative, friendly, and super patient with all of our questions. The manager Erica also was super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. In the end, we ended up getting a sofa and loveseat for a very good price in the outlet section of the store and are very happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend shopping here.

We had 2 visits to the store. One just to browse and then we came back with measurements. From the moment you walk in, you are cheerfully greeted. (Katherine is the sweetest) Not once did I feel like the staff were "vultures". It seemed more like meeting new friends and hanging out and chatting about what you want your house to look like. We received personal attention from Ben and Derek, both floor managers and the wonderful Jesse. And Ashley even remembered our names from our first visit and joined in on the fun. They take the time to get to know you which in turn helps pair with your needs of your home. These employees love their jobs. Their bosses including the owners love them and genuinely care about them, their futures and goals. This transpired to unbelievable customer service. We ended up purchasing a sectional and a new mattress. They are all so knowledgeable and even the store manager joined in. It really was like a family and they each wanted to help us and each other. Many different financing options were explained and our delivery is only a couple weeks away. I thought this was going to be a stressful situation and it turned out to be so much fun. Thanks to all of the staff!!

I met Jamal when I entered the store, he was very friendly and helpful with what I was looking for. He gave me space and when I was ready to make a purchase he made it very quick and simple. It was a true pleasure doing business at this business and with Jamal as my customer service representative.

Ms.J is by far the most courteous and kindest sales manager I have ever encountered. Her knowledge of pricing and store products was helpful as we made our choices and rectified an issue we had previously with speed and accuracy. We had children with us and she had the patience of a saint and made the process painless. She restored our faith in sales persons and we will be back to Ashleys home store because of her impeccable and outstanding customer service!!!!!

Great selection of furniture. All the sales assistance were very friendly and kind and nice. We were helped by Jesse who we would recommend to anybody. He was very helpful and kind and knowledgeable. The other staff members were very good too, and the manager was very helpful. Highly recommend this store!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Store and the delivery process.
I had the pleasure of meeting Keilon at the Ashley store. Keilon went over every piece of furniture with me that I liked. From the price to the benefits of each to piece according to what I wanted.
I finally decided on what I wanted two hour later. Then we went over the protection plan and the delivery dates. I picked a date that worked for me. I received a text to confirm my date a week before and also the day before. I was very impressed with that. To top it off I received a call from Ashley automotive service telling me the driver was 10 minutes away. Then I received a cal from the driver stating he was 5 minutes away, I waited till I heard a truck and went out sided to show him what door to deliver to. The drivers was very pleasant and courteous. They put the piece where I wanted and put the sofa together.
In my 30 years of shopping and receiving deliveries, I have never had such a great experience. Like what I received in Ashley’s
store and the delivery process.My rocking reclining electric chair is coming next. I received my Sofa today. I am grateful and very very happy. I was Wowed by the whole experience.

Jesse Brown is very courteous and helpful young man. I was looking for a lift recliner and he found one online for me. He also suggested putting 2 ends of a sectional together to make the perfect loveseat. I will definitely go back to him and refer my family and friends to him.

We look at furniture at other major retailers and the process and be extremely overwhelming if you’re not looking for some really specific. My wife and I decided to stop in Ashley’s Furniture in Milford, CT. As soon as we waked in the door we were greeted by Manilay V. She was very friendly, asked questions as to what we were looking for. She did an awesome job to find what we were looking for and made the purchase process easy. Highly recommend her and would buy from her again.

Keilon was extremely personable and helpful. He did not pressure us and was super responsive to our needs. He answered all of our questions and worked to get us the best price possible

Amazing and very helpful experience! Mel was great at helping me pick out accessories and decor. She was so attentive and eager to help meet my satisfaction. The manager and other associate was also helpful in figuring out a solution for payments !

Service was great! Darius and Erica made me really glad I decided to walk in to check out the store.They did their best to ensure all my questions & queries were addressed. Even after leaving the store, it was easy to contact them and receive a timely reply. All while staying on budget.

Had a great experience shopping for sofas. Keilon was a great salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. Price matched the online prices and worked with us on different financing options. Could not recommend more.

Jesse And Erica were amazing , they spent over an hour with us explaining the details on every mattress that we tried out . If you’re shopping in the Milford store, I highly recommend asking for Jesse ,he will take good care of you .

Jesse was my customer service gentleman. He answered every question I had he was very patient polite and knowledgeable. He is a true asset to the Ashley furniture team highly recommend Jesse in Milford Connecticut.

Manilay was SUPER helpful and helped us after we figured out what we wanted. She even gave my son some Christmas cookies while we waited to place our order. Would definitely give them my business again!

We were very pleased with the service today. We had great customer service. Jamal was our trusted adviser and was very imfortitive and treated us as tho we were family. While shopping seen a student of mine named Kaden also a salesman and could not be more proud to see him in action. Erica sales and development person was fantastic and met our needs .
