Went in close to closing time with a few oddball questions and issues I thought would be difficult. Tara (with the pink hair) was extremely kind and helpful and fixed it all within minutes. My kiddo got my new phone and I got my old one back. Great day for everyone.

Customer service suggested me to go to this location after having a bad altercation with the Woods Cross T-mobile location. 👎🏼 (DO NOT GO TO THE WX LOCATION)

The manager at the Bountiful location by Costco was so nice and patient. He helped me with what I needed done. His team was very nice and helpful when I waited for my phone.

I drove out of my way to avoid the store right near my home in Centerville! I have found them rude and confrontational and dishonest! Almost lost me as a 10 plus year customer. This location near Costco was wonderful and very helpful! I recommend them

I had a great customer service experience with the gentleman I talked to this morning. I forgot his name unfortunately. But he was easy to talk to, answered my questions, and was quick to help me. Great compared to other T-mobile stores in the area.

Manager processed a return from the centerville store for me (long story, but DON'T go to the centerville location...nuff said). Very friendly and helpful, definately my favorite location so far!!

Tara in the Costco kiosk was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and their concerns.

Unfortunately, customer service on the phone couldn’t help us get our number to port over.

Me and my family love the Bountiful location. Mark and Valerie are always so helpful and are very knowledgeable They always go above and beyond.

Had an awesome customer experience with Valerie! The other t mobile store in Woods Cross brushed me off and didn’t want to help but Valerie told me to come and helped me get my issues corrected.

I’m the kind of person who only leaves a review if I was seriously amazed, or seriously disappointed. I’ve been with Sprint/T-Mobil since I was old enough to be on my own phone plan. (Since either 2015 or 2016) I have definitely had my share of dissatisfaction with them, but overall I’ve never been upset enough to leave their company and they usually fix the issue even if it’s a hassle to do so.

Today, I walked in with my same expectation of mediocre service. Wasn’t sure if they were going to actually help me, send me somewhere else, or just tell me there wasn’t much to be done because usually that is what happens.

Tyson G was the one who helped me today and let me tell you this man should be the face of T-Mobile. I wanted to cry happy tears, because NEVER in my time with this company have I had such a helpful, amazing experience with a representative. He truly went above and beyond to help me fix the issue at hand, and it’s because of him that I no longer want to leave T-Mobile. This issue was truly going to be the last straw for me, but because he did his job to the best of his ability and legitimately showed me that he cared, I will be staying. He listened to what I had to say and had my back through the whole process. I cannot thank him enough. I’m so less stressed because of his help. Thank you Tyson for restoring my faith in T-Mobil.

Jason and his team were very friendly and professional! I had a lot of stress trying to get the phone on my end, and when I was finally able to he got me taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this T-Mobile for any of your mobile needs!

We are here at the T-Mobil location in Bountiful and are so impressed by the professionalism of Ashley Sharp who has helped us in innumerable ways.

I had an issue with a work app that was giving me grief and I was concerned that maybe I had used too much memory and might need a new phone. I was anticipating that I would need an upgrade but needed some troubleshooting to be sure.

I initially went to the Woods Cross location for help and the associate was so snarky and condescending and immediately told me I would just need a new phone.

I left angrily and came to the Bountiful location. I’ve had good help before with T-Mobil and knew that it was a personal issue and not a company issue.

Ashley went above and beyond and helped me troubleshoot the issue. Showed me that I still had plenty of memory and also found ways to save us money on our overall service.

A new phone came out today and I will be back soon to this location to upgrade.

So happy with our experience here at this location. We highly recommend.
