The mail carriers who deliver in Keowee Key are great. They have had to deal with challenges with construction crews blocking mailboxes and almost impassable roads sometimes because of the parked trucks. Plus all of the Amazon deliveries. The few times I have actually talked with them, they were always friendly.

Great service. Helpful people . Sometimes I get over a hundred packages a week and don't have any problems.

Absolutely livid with the quality of service the Salem post office has fell to. These mail carriers leave large orders of packages worth hundreds of dollars in the street and refuse to make deliveries at when they don’t feel like it. How can you say my driveway and porch aren’t accessible for delivery?? There’s nothing keeping them from making deliveries other than laziness. I will be calling and lodging a formal complaint with the state about the quality of mail service here, we pay your salaries do your job!

This post office is a joke. I set up for informed delivery and it sends me an email of what I'm expecting and when it's to be delivered. Things that should be delivered I don't get till 2 weeks later if I'm lucky, even though it's says it's already been delivered. I go up there to talk to them about it and they can't help me. They don't know why it's not delivered or where it is. I put in a change of address and still have stuff sent to my old address. I think they should get rid of all that work at the Salem Post Office and hire new people that are willing to help and know what they are doing.

Moved to Salem, new construction put a mailbox at the end of my driveway only to be told I needed to put my mailbox on the side street as I'm on a corner lot. I'm a disabled Afghanistan veteran. The post master started a confrontation with me and rather argue with him I'll be making a complaint with Lindsey Graham. My mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address and constantly missing packages. Pretty sure it's retaliation. This area needs a postmaster that cares, look at the flags in front of this office, their old and rotten. No self respecting veteran would let that happen. Probably a desert storm guy riding on the coat tails of people who actually fought a war.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! The post master needs better communication skills, classes/training in management/customer service. He forced me to install a mailbox one street over from my actual address, then when I have packages he refuses to deliver stating that the carrier doesn’t have to deliver 1000 feet away from the mailbox. That’s where he told me I had to install the mailbox!!! They leave ‘attempted delivery’ notices in my mailbox when never attempting to deliver packages but to log fraudulent activity. I have filed several complaints in attempt to receive my packages as I work 7 days a week and cannot go to the post office to retrieve my packages during their business hours. I reschedule all packages to be left at my door and they still refuse to deliver!! Post Master has a HORRIBLE attitude…he should not be working in a public arena. 👎👎👎👎

High displeased with our mail carrier. I'm tired of not getting my packages delivered because of my "dog." FedEx and UPS have no problems making deliveries. Sluice is the sweetest rescue from our local Humane Society. All dogs bark.

Next day: Mail carrier doesn't even attempt to deliver our packages and the notice is not entered into the system so I can not request re-delievery and ask for it to be placed elsewhere.

The operational hours are not conducive to our work schedules and I will not pay for a post office box when I have a mailbox on my property.

I'm a disabled person, and due to this order most everything from Amazon (groceries, clothing, etc.) I'm very unsatisfied with the service I receive from our local post office, who have become incapable of delivering any of my packages. Now that I'm forced to pick them up, again due to the carrier Not doing their job, I've spoke to several other ppl who are having the same issue. Apparently some ppl get away with picking and choosing what they want to do despite the fact that it's included in their job description. Very disappointed!

My mail person is horrible, won't deliver my packages says driveway blocked when it is clearly not just to lazy to do their job....

In the last 4 months I haven't received my electric bill twice my vehicle registration once and my credit card bill once Don't blame it on covid-19
