The po boxes office closes at 5 pm due to all the homeless trying to stay in there. Opens at 530 am

Staff doesn't seem to really care about customer service. Slow response to customers needs. But then again what else can you expect from a government employee...

Ladies at the main post office are super ride.

Even thou PO Box is paid, my mail is being returned to sender. On time my mailed meds that was to come to my box was sent to another post office and not mines. Clerk acknowledged that she sent it to another after I explained that if my diabetic and heart meds is to come to MY Po box should do so and not anywhere else.

Stopped in at 11:35, counter was shut down till 1:00 for lunch. I wish my lunch time was that long. Did it ever occur to anyone working here that people use lunch time to run errands like for example going to the post office. The entire post office takes lunch at the same time so you can't keep the counter open? Stuff like this is why the post office had a net loss of almost $5 billion dollars last year. Instead of shipping the packages with usps, I'm going to go to FedEx or UPS becsuse I know they will be open.

This place is so outdated and is always closing early. Never convenient for anyone when you need to mail packages off. Maybe if they updated and install a system to mail off packages like the other post offices in other parts of the city it would help the people who don't have transportation to be driving all over the place when this place is constantly closing early. You can hear the employees in the back blasting their music but no one is there to open the office to mail stuff off so they place a close early sign on the door alot of times. This postal office needs to do better.

Bad customer service. There used to be a very nice older man who worked here and was extremely helpful and always gave a reasonable price. But unfortunately , he retired and there seems to be only one mean lady working there! She is ready to retire, herself. Or at least , she should ...

Drove over here from my shop and at 11:14 am they closed until 1:00 pm for lunch ???

Closed for lunch? First time I've seen this in a government building. I only have my lunch time to ship, fix this please.

go somewhere else. this place is never open on time and always closes early. again here at 445 and this place is closed. all my sales are online and this post office always is closed. they take longer lunches. Most of the people here are rude. Corpus Christi tx needs a new post master running everything.

Poor customer service,waiting for them to replace a money order that they lost,its been a month and nothing????

Just wow! The guy in the comments that said this place is pure class.... bahahahahahahahajajahsjsjahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha... Seriously? I hope that was a sarcastic review or that "merica" attitude needs a reality check.

It is almost 10am on Monday the 26th of July 2021. It is not a holiday and they are still not open. Poor customer service. Filing a complaint with federal post office.

I turned in a package yesterday to be shipped off and still is not in transit! I never have gone to this post office this was my first time and I will not go back.

Office does not open @9. Have been here twice to sit outside and have to leave. Waste of time
