I love using this post office. I’ve had the pleasure of going by when Amanda is working twice now and she has amazing customer service. She is knowledgeable on sizing and pricing and will help you find the best box to ship where you need it to go. She is one of the happiest people I’ve met and it’s genuine, not just because it’s her job. She’s that awesome!

It is a special day for me because I have found the best USPS office in my town and a best staff at right here. Amanda was amazing. she treated each customer in a very heartwarming and respectful way. I won't go anywhere else but this USPS office with this staff. Thank you Amanda !!

I love this post office because they often provide the best customer service. They help me learn about different types of packaging and pricing. Amanda and Brenden are always welcoming, patient,and are willing to help. 5 stars to my friends at the post office.

Thank you to Nick!!! I'm used to rudeness and a communist feeling from most of the employees who gesture you behind the fiberglass and loudly tell you why you should be wearing a mask if you are not, even for health reasons. But most of the employees don't care about exceptions, they don't see you as a human, they want you to line up and conform and shut up while they check you out as quickly as possible. Nick was so warm and genuine, a refreshing change. I normally dread going to this location and dealing with the other personnel puts a bad taste on my day but today was better, thanks Nick! Hope you have a great day and you see this. : ) Also, please don't force your employees to wear masks, for some people, masks can cause health issues too. People are not one-size fits all.

Always prompt and courteous service, I leave packages as part of my business nearly every day. Also, unsure of if this was the case over a year ago when the other review was posted but the hours of operation show up on google maps.

The best post office! The employees are all super friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems here at all and there is almost never a long wait! 😀👍

Really friendly place very nice staff. But things place has bwen around a good while now so i woukdnt mind see the city revamp the place a bit???

Great post office

Could be better

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told by employee with horrible attitude numerous times in a row that “it’s not his job” to scam my QR codes for shipping labels. Refused me service and sent me out with 5+ packages. Has given serious attitude on multiple occasions and management seems to do nothing.

The slip had all kinds of info about scheduling redelivery, but phone numbers just rang or had automated systems that dumped me out, so I had to take a cab to pick up my parcel. Six Points Post Office lost my parcel, said a manager would call but never did and the phone number they gave me just rings and rings with no answer. USPS has the worst service I've ever seen! Even 1 star is way too generous!
