Had a package that was misplaced. Called and spoke to G. (I don't have his permission to post his name) and he was very friendly and took my information and began working on finding it. I later found it was my apartments that had misplaced it.

But I was grateful for the work G. did on looking up the information he could find while on the phone and for passing information along as well as instructing me on procedure for locating the package via the company from which it was ordered.

P.O.Box 1181 Corpus Christi,Texas.78403 twenty five years of service from this location same box it receives mail for my five business also. The roof leaks and floods the building regularly from parking garage above needs new location for lease. Staff very good helpful professional.

Great location for downtown US postal service fast friendly close by bus transportation and next to other great banks and resturants ect.And right by the beaches.and other entertainment options to choose from.

An employee of this location does not know how to process the information using 2 debit cards for one money order. If she is the only person there, she tells me she is not allowed to do it. This is not true. The other employees if they are there can process this transaction easily. I am charged only one fee for one money order. She manages to make me get 2 money orders , each with a separate fee which costs me more money.. Also, the automated phone system from my bank recorded one of these transactions as a “cash back” of over $200. I promptly called my bank highly suspicious of embezzlement by this employee. I had also purchased a greeting card. They suspected that she made an error ringing it up somehow. They highly suggested that I “do the right thing” and let the head manager know. This incompetent employee also somehow managed to get one of the two money orders to have the wrong amount shorted by $1.75 on one of the money orders so when I went to pay my rent, I had to give my landlord 2 money orders and $1.75 cash!!!!!! This is completely ridiculous. I need to pay rent again today and must go there to find out if the “Manager”, whoever they are, knows anything about this. I am nervous and dreading it. Lord help me.

THEY CAN'T STOP DELIVERING MAIL TO MY SHOP ADDRESS EVEN AFTER I FILLED OUT FORMS FOR THEM TO NOT DELIVER TO MY SHOP. IT APPEARS TO ME THEY HAVE A FEW PEOPLE IN THERE THAT CARE AND THE REST COULD NOT BE BOTHERED ESPECIALLY THE PERSONS IN CHARGE. TRY GOING TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER / POST MASTER WITH A COMPLAINT THAT PERSON IS HIDDEN VERY WELL

La muchacha me atendió bien aunque mi paquete desapareció 2 vez con este correo y espero que sea la última en lo que me queda de vida lo vuelvo a utilizar si su paquete desaparece nunca va a aparecer de nuevo
