Boba Tea Snow Ice House

Love this place! I have been going here for about a year now, they have progressed so greatly! The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially if you have a hard time pronouncing things, they always know what your saying or help you! The prices are perfect, I got a large milk tea with black bubbles, and a snow ice with black bubbles topping, it came out to only 14$! The food here is great, you can also get waffles, macaroons. They have tons of drinks/smoothies/teas+! The boba is perfect!! I always come here over the other ones around, even tho this is farthest from my house. I love this place tons! And its great especially for first timers who haven't tried boba before, this place was my first time and i hope others get to have the experience i have here, the people who work here are super friendly and nice and i think they are perfect for the job! ❤ I recommend this place 100% 5 stars!!

Awesome selection, polite staff and the best Boba tea I've found on the East coast (I drink a lot.... A LOT of bubble tea) the egg puff waffles are also really good.

I paid so much due to fees with Uber eats. But sooo worth it. It will be my go to for the milk teas moving forward

The guy is nice who took our order. Very quick service. Adalynn ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry boba and I ordered a mango green tea with blueberry 🫐 boba 🧋 . Super cute shop downtown Lynn. We saw macaroons but we chose to get them next time ! They also have a cute instagramable section to sit and take pictures ♥

I have gone to many places before and this place made the best drinks! I ordered taro smoothie with red bean and the owner asked me if I wanted regular sweet or really sweet. I ordered regular sweet and I am hooked! Friendly service, clean and made to order.

Ordered taro milk tea with black boba and 3 coconut macaroons. The Boba was SO fresh today and not too chewy or hard. The macaroons are always delicious. :) Highly recommend to Boba tea lovers, it's hard to find good bubble tea.

Went in here one time last week and got the Taro Milk Tea and it was really good. Got a large and the size was worth the value. It's a local business and in a good location. Staff are friendly and have quick service. Definitely give it a try if in the area. Not alot of parking around so find a spot closeby.

Stopped in after early voting. Just got 2 smoothies but they were absolutely delicious and the owner was so sweet and friendly. Just made a regular out of me :)

Atmosphere is very nice with a sheek modern look. The tea here is what really makes this place stand out, unlike Kung Fu tea where I find the taste of tea to be masked by the over abundance of milk. Here you can actually taste the tea and it's full of flavor, with an excellent amount of toppings to choose from, and ways to customize your milk tea. I've found my new favorite boba tea shop, and it's this hidden gem in Lynn.

Lots of veriety in flavors and fillings. The boba is relatively good quality. Good at staying soft. They also have eggpuffs. Didn't see that on the menu.

Really great bubble tea. So many choices. You can customize every ad in including ice and sugar. The macaroons looks great but I did not try them.

Staff are very friendly and create a very welcoming atmosphere! The bubble tea is also amazing and I’m glad I won’t be having to drive to Malden every time I want bubble tea now!

Best for Boba and macrons. You need to get creative with the parking, but to the Victor go the spoils. And the spoils are BOBA, Tea not Fett!!

The few smoothies I've tried from here were sooo good! I'd recommend an oreo smoothie with. strawberry boba 😋
