Very satisfied. The work was done well and efficiently. The owners are all about communication to make sure they are able to meet your expectations. Irrigation work in Big Timber (at least at our home), encounters many rocks. They expected this and had a plan for it. What I like best is that the owners tell you that this is their lawn for a year (Warranty). I recommend them highly!

Very friendly and outstanding service. We had an issue where our sprinkler system was watering all our zones simultaneously. Brett and Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new valves in a timely manner. These guys are the best I have seen compared to other sprinkler companies I have used in our previous homes.

This company is amazing! They were asked at the last minute to install our irrigation system and they came right over and installed it! They were very prompt and efficient. Brett was a great communicator. He showed up when he said he would. When we talked to him the first time, it was very clear that he knows irrigation systems inside and out. Great customer service. I loved that it was he and his son who showed up and did all the work. His quote was definitely better than the other quote we got. We enjoyed working with him. They surpassed our expectations.

My sprinkler system was not working right. The water pressure was not adequate at all. Brett and Colton took their time to test EVERYTHING. Come to find out there was a water filter hooked up to it that had probably never been changed or cleaned. After he cleaned it I have never had such great water pressure and perfect sprinkler system he had installed many many years ago. I highly recommend their company!! Brett was very friendly, responsive and efficient. The job was done quickly, even in adverse conditions, with mud and muck on the property from heavy rain. He is thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I'm really happy with the work he did for my new irrigation system.

Brett is a great and much needed addition to servicing lawns in Park County and surrounding areas. We have had issues with our sprinkler system for 2 years and went through 2 contractors with no fix.

I did a search this spring (2021), saw Diffleys information and gave them a call. Brett was out to our house the NEXT DAY! He knew the issue was one of three things so the fix was trial and error and it only took him coming out twice to resolve the issue. Now we have working sprinklers again!

Our sprinklers have been a huge pain the last two years. Our first contractor flooded our basement twice by putting incorrect bearings on our pipes. The second contractor was unresponsive and continuously blew us off which pushed me to find someone else. Safe to say, Diffleys has been a lifesaver.

Brett has worked on my irrigation systems for years. He’s on time, does exactly what he says he’s going to do at an affordable price and to top it off has 30 years of irrigation experience! I have had him install 3 irrigation systems so far and will be using him in the future as long as I can! He is rare in the fact that he will give you a detailed plan, price, and SHOW UP AND COMPLETE when he says he will!
