Neil was a terrific sales person. I was purchasing a jet ski over the phone from Ky. He text me a few choices and connected me with their finance person to wire the money. He was able to answer all my questions, and when I arrived at their showroom in Pensacola, my jet ski was waiting. They even took it to a boat ramp to launch. The service staff was top notice. This showroom has amazing “toys.” I now want a scooter. There’s something for everyone and it’s priced reasonably. Thanks for making this experience as hassle free as possible.

While on vacation wanted to replace wear ring on ski....had all parts ...couldn't get it done. So wife takes parts up to Jet Ski Marine, they stopped what they were doing and got it fixed for her in 30 minutes. Really appreciate them. Most places when we take it to get repaired always say 2 weeks. Will be back

I found Jet Ski on Pensacola fishing forum and wanted a mechanic not tied to a retail operation. I talked to Paul and he made it immediately obvious he knew yamaha jet skis. I arrived at his shop and found it overrun with jet skis and was concerned I was in for a delay. He promised me a phone call that day with a diagnosis, which he made, and then offered me options based on several possible prices for the part i needed. One day later ski was fixed, running and he called as promised and I picked it up and it runs perfect. Paul was straightforward, very reasonably priced, communicated well, and did excellent work. I highly recommend Jet Ski Marine to anyone who likes to know their mechanic, and wants competent information about problems you don't understand.

Im not a customer of this buisness but I called up and asked where I could find a service manual for my new to me 1995 jet ski. The guy said he didnt have any, but he gave me a couple of good places to start looking in the meantime to try to get it running before the one I have to order online comes in. If i ever need any repair work done ouside of what im comfortable doing, I will be going here for just that. I felt as if he actually wanted to give me his time, and most people I called dont even want to give you the time of day.

Fantastic! Jet Marine (Paul) has been working on my skis for years and always at a reasonable price. Seadoo's, Yamaha's, Kawasaki's new 4 strokes and the 2 strokes. Not just tuneups or oil changes but fiberglass work and hull leaks. I've had him rebuild motors, replace jet pumps, reprogram Seadoo DESS system and keys. He shoots straight with me and does not force me to buy the (often overpriced) oem manufacturer's part when there is a good substitute. Paul has also told me not to cheap-out on the spark plugs the times when only NGK will work.
I've tried other shops that seem to concentrate more on motorcycles and 4 wheelers or selling new bikes. Paul only does jet pumps and has a boat ramp right down the street so he can test drive them under real conditions with a load.
It's a long way from my house in Dothan Alabama or in Pace to drive my skis to Paul but he earns my business time and again.

I don't live in Florida I live in Texas but I called to find out where I could locate the starter in my Yamaha Jetski and they helped me right away find out my biggest problem and I would suggest anybody that lives out of state of Florida to call them I figured out where I could find the starter with in five minutes
