Carbon Valley Garage is wonderful! After a few bad experiences with other shops/mechanics, I stumbled across them and couldn’t be happier about it! Their communication is wonderful! They are incredibly knowledgeable! And they don’t try to take advantage of people! Highly highly recommend!!

The maintenance work was done professionally and completed on time for my F-150. Their supplier had “over-charged” this auto service for some specific high end transmission fluid. I got a call from Abby at the shop saying she got some credit from the supplier and she would credit my credit card for their suppliers mistake! Wow, what honesty!! Would highly recommend Carbon Valley Auto Care for all car and light truck repairs & maintenance… Great work and HONEST people.

I've never before had service like I got today.
My truck is aging (2007 F250 Super Duty Lariat) and she's been in accidents, she's been stolen (and recovered, obviously), she's hauled horses in several of the western states, her bed has been packed to the gills, she's hauled a loaded travel trailer over the Rocky Mountains.
She's a trooper, and I love her (her name is Irene).
She has been overdue for some general maintenance and for some other, specific things, too.
I took her to Carbon Valley Garage and they are WONderful. They gave her a great check-up and let me know what needs to be done sooner rather than later, and what else needs to be done at some point.
I got a point by point check list AND a video of things they found that need doing.
Their prices seem reasonable, too.
They even fixed the ignition switch that the thief busted when he punched it with a screwdriver FOR FREE, and as a surprise! Wow!
I gotta keep Irene going because I love her!

These guys were honest and efficient. My cars engine was misfiring, they took my car in immediately and were able to give me diagnostic in a timely manor and was honest that we should contact the dealer. Which I appreciated. I live close to these guys and will be using them moving forward.

It has taken us YEARS to find an auto garage that we trust. We have used Carbon Valley multiple times now on our 9 year old SUV & we couldn't be more pleased. Carbon Valley Garage made me feel welcome right off the bat and I quickly realized how genuine and professional their shop is. Kris and Abby were extremely helpful and informative. They did thorough work on our rv and they let me borrow a nice loaner car for a few hrs and even let me have a couple CVG hats which my son and I wear proudly. Thank you very much CVG.

The service to replace my transmission with a new transmission only took eight business days. Most of that time was waiting for the new transmission to be delivered from Ford.
Mike worked with son at RPM automotives for a number of years so I have complete trust in his capabilities to fix most any automotive problems.

Had a problem that would be difficult to diagnose, there knowledge and experience really showed. They found the issue, fixed and replaced the parts in a timely manner. Car now runs better then when I bought it. Thank you carbon valley.

Over several years of bringing my older car in to their business, I consistently get clear analyses of what’s going on, and they are able to prioritize the work in order of importance, which helps me manage my budget. I’ve never pushed into a service which may not be necessary at that time.

For a single woman this was an outstanding experience.. I was a mess after being at a dealership and them telling me an enormous amount of money for what I needed done. I was referred to Carbon Valley Garage by a young man who's mother had work done by them and he said that they treated her very warmly and helped her with her concerns.
Abby the young lady that answered the phone was delightful, she listened to my issue and set up an appointment for me to get help for my truck. Kris is a very warm and caring young man. They had a loner car that they let me use for the 1st appt and the 2nd appt. 1st appt was for evaluation of my issue and the second appt was for the repairs. They had my repairs done in about 3 hours. I though it would be a longer day.
I would recommend this group to everyone. There prices are reasonable and fair. You will be treated fairly and with respect. Thank you Kris and Abby

1990 CRX had no spark. Towed it to Carbon Valley Garage and requested they troubleshoot. Bad distributor (and poor owner workmanship [grin]) probably took out the ECU as well. They replaced the distributor and still not right. Replaced the ECU and recommended oil change since my repeated try to start had flooded the oil. "It's alive!!". They fixed it! Communication was top-notch and extremely helpful overall. I can hardly wait until I screw up another car so I can bring it to CVG.

My family has taken vehicles here for years. Carbon Valley works on both my commuter car and my diesel, excellent work and service on both! Reasonably priced and great to work with.

They were very knowledgeable and I will trust them in the future for all my car repairs!

Found Carbon Valley Garage online because I was looking for a place near me. Got a quote for brakes and then called 6 other places and these guys were the least expensive. They got me in quickly (within two days). I like how they notified me via app and a link of what they inspected. They provided a list of everything checked and whether it was “Good”, “Needs future attention” or “needs immediate attention”. They called after providing the information and gave me the option to add additional services. I opted for additional services (tune-up, new battery, and air filters) as I knew they needed to be done. The air filter was the only thing that needed immediate attention. They rotated the tires for no charge since they were doing brakes. The total for everything was very reasonable. They provide loaner cars and in our case, drove the person who dropped off the car back home as he didn’t have proof of insurance in his name. Very friendly and competent folks. Highly recommend.

Extremely happy. Had a popping sound coming from the front suspension in my Dakota that another shop couldn't figure out. Dropped it off and they found the issue. I got a very detailed inspection report with videos showing where the sound was coming from. Been a week now and the truck is running smoothly. Will be using this garage for all my future repairs

I have taken my cars to Kris since 2009!! To say I trust Kris and his staff is an understatement. I fully support small business as much as possible. When the customer service and work done are as great as it is at Carbon Valley Garage it's a no brainer. Thanks again guys :)
