Absolutely top notch. We have purchased two stoves, one wood, one pellet. Have had both for many years and just called concerning some stove pipe that needed to be replaced. Talked to the owner who remembered who we were and had the pipe we needed. Great customer service!

Just purchased a Comfort Bilt pellet stove from Lucian. Also got the floor mat and exhaust system. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and has a good inventory. Competitive prices as well. I would highly recommend doing business with Lucian, great pellet stove !
