This place is a gem for all you tool buffs out there. Not only do they have practically everything you need, but if you ask them a question they know what the hell they are talking about.

This store fixes dewalt tools.

2/10/24 changed the battery on my working hammer drill only to have it never work again after changing the battery. 2nd tool that sits on a shelf in a bag most of the time then it suddenly stops working.

12/23 MY drill is doing the same thing. NO MORE DEWALT.

10/1 having the same problem it originally took it there for.

Black hole for Dewalt Tools. Turned in my tool, and it has never been heard from again. Called them after 4 weeks, with no status in the computer. Called 2 weeks later. Service personnel leave at 3 pm. I will see you tomorrow.

I was referred here by a co-worker (which always goes a long way with me), and I must say, what a great mom and pop tool store! Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional on the phone. He took the time to go pull my items for me off the shelf and had them waiting for me at the front desk when I showed up. Now that's great customer service!! Kudos to you bud!! I would highly recommend this place!

First off I would like to say…I am a guy that doesn’t write reviews. I had an issue with a 118” Makita Track Saw Guide. It wasn’t cutting true. I reached out to Fisher Tools and they told me to bring it on down and talk to Tom, I felt like I traveled back in time…. You know, when there was Customer Service . Tom assured me we could resolve my issue. Tom immediately reached out to the Makita Customer Service Rep. When the Makita Service Rep called me, he said how about I just order you a new one and bring it to you. So I would give 10 stars to Fisher and Makita for standing by there products and outstanding customer service. Also by the way, this was 4 months after I purchased the saw guide, when I first used it I made one rip to exact measurements and noticed a couple of the cabinet sides were not square.The next time I used the Guide I made another rip and decided to double / triple check everything. This is when I noticed that the guide had a slight bow in the middle, no questions were asked regarding when or if I filled out the Warranty registration..so again, a BIG Thank you to Fisher tools and Makita.

Fisher's Tools has everything you need for the jobsite and even things you didn't know you needed! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I have questions about what I need or certain tools.

They got everything you need here when it comes to specialty tools. The staff here is super friendly and they know their stuff. There hasn't been nothing I haven't found there yet.

I ordered a battery on line because I'm out of state. It arrived on time, securely packaged and undamaged. It was exactly what I ordered, but unfortunately my flashlight was damaged and I couldn't use the new battery. I phoned Mike Lisbony, the on-line sales manager. He graciously said I could return it for a refund (even though it was my fault). The cost of the battery was so small to begin with, that I chose not to return it. He listened to what my needs were for a particular type flashlight and helped me select something better at a really good price. He said he could get the order right off the same day. Now that's what I call great customer service!

Very Helpful and Well Priced! I bought my little brother welding supplies for Christmas. The employees were eager to help and give suggestions. This place has everything! They even gave me a tour of the three warehouses packed with stuff. My brother loved his gifts. Thank you!

My name is Todd Meyer, and I own North Star Outdoor Lighting. I have been going to Fisher since 2006. If you need a tool they have it. Best staff! Always trying to be helpful. You can not go wrong. They have it all.

I bought a $300 harness, that broke about 6 months later. I asked if I could get it replaced. The manager Tim took a look at what broke, recognized it was a manufacturer problem, and let me exchange it. I really didn’t want to pay another $300 for a harness. They really helped out, and great customer service. All around it’s the best tool store! Thanks guys!

This is an awesome toy, I mean tool store. I will definitely not let my wife come with me if I want to try to buy one of thing. Lol. She might just love it more then me. Staff is of the charts. No better place.
