Rite Aid Pharmacy

Called for over 30 minutes and heard Jim Peters tell me over and over maybe 50 times how Covid is causing them issues.. when I called in last Monday to get my refills filled. Was told one was out of refills, and one needed pre authorization. So finally while still on the phone I drove over to this Rite-aid.. furious, because I am Covid positive, and now have to put others at risk because they won’t answer the phone, nor do they follow up. Only to be told when I get there. “I answer the phones when I get a chance” Then told “oh we are still waiting”. I have decided, since they cannot handle their business and want to blame Covid for everything, maybe it’s time to break ties with Rite-aid.
